Clothing is very nicely made. Materials are beautiful. Styles are great for older women. Clothes arrive in a timely fashion. I get many compliments on my shirts from Airy and have quite a few. I am very pleased with all aspects of this store.

I purchased several pairs of shoes and the quality were really cheap. I tried to return via website and never got a status or confirmation to return. Wrote several emails and all answers receive was to do it via website and web never confirmed. Don't buy from this company and never again will use them!

This company doctors their photo's, none of the dresses I purchased looked as good as the pictures, the material was cheap, the clothes didn't fit at all properly, made me look like I was dressed in a sack and very matronly. Horrible customer service. I want my money back and you can have your cheap nasty clothes back

I have ordered a white summer dress almost 2 months ago. The dress I have received was nothing like the dress they advertised. I ordered it small size. The dress I have received was very very bad quality, big and totally different looking dress. I though there was a mistake so I emailed to them but the answer was its the same product and if I didn't like it I can send it back will get the refund. Which I did with loosing again over 3 pounds for postage. Since then I haven't received the refund although I have written to them. They are liar and very dishonest. It was my first time with them and it will be the last. Please look at the pictures and see how the dress is. Please people don't buy from them not only their product is bad also they don't refund!

You don't get what you ordered and the quality of the material is very poor. I would not recommend ordering from this company. There is a reason for the prices being so cheap... you get what you pay for.

Returned two items. I was offered a percentage of the original payment and I could keep the items.
Why would I do that? That would be the items in the bin and I would have to re-order to get some of my money back. No Way!
So I returned said items and over 2 weeks later still waiting for my money back.
Fortunately, I have the time and patience to make sure I get my cash back but beware! It is hard work to return goods and get a refund.

I had my orders confirmed (one Dec.27 and one Feb. 2). Now I can get no tracking number or any response to my many inquiries as to the status of my order. Really sucks as I really needed the things I ordered.

The last two orders that I placed with your company have not been received. I spent well over or around $400 for clothing that I never received. I think your company is a scam. You foreigners send us our first order and from then on you scam us and keep our money but send us nothing in return. I live on a fixed income and I can't afford to make donations to your company. This was a strange experience. If something seems too good to be true, it is. I ordered several "cotton" and "linen" dresses from airy dress, not expecting a lot for the price, but I did expect, at least, cotton and linen fabric. Every item was made from a weird nylon like material - thin, no body or weight, almost a plastic- like feeling that would surely be ultra hot in the summer heat. It reminds me of "parachute silk" from the nineties but not soft. Nothing was as described and everything ran VERY small. Hopefully, the return process will go well. This is not anything any American woman I know would ever consider wearing. Packaging was neat and efficient. I'll give them that. Aside from that, sorry to say, the clothes are complete garbage. Don't be fooled.

They received my money 7 days ago and still not shipped. I wish I had read sitejabber's last 25 reviews that show the company is a POS. How can they be rated 4.6 out of 5 with such horrible reviews? If I ever receive the 4 blouses I expect they will be Chinese, slave labor junk.

I have checked various review websites to find out whether it would be a wise choice to order from airydress.com. I mostly read positive response and made the mistake of trying it anyway.

But it was too good to be true. I should have known. The 3 sweaters I ordered did not look like the pictures at all.

I want to return them, but I have to pay 7 euros for that.

People be warned! Don't order clothes from this website, unfortunately you don't get what they advertise with.

Bought three tops which looked amazing online but in reality you get that sinking feeling, you know you wasted money - no care labels, barring a no 15 on one only - looks like scrubs and feels like lining material!

As you can hopefully see from the photo, the advertised product bears almost no relation to what I was sent. The picture online looks full and gorgeous, with flowers going onto the sleeves; what was sent looks horribly cheap and is so obviously not the product which was advertised. I should receive a refund for both product and the cost of sending it back if this company has any integrity at all.

It sells very nice products and user friendly. Must be liked by women.
And the most important is, this site has a live chatting that really helpful in shopping.
There is no annoying ads or link which makes the users comfortable.

Clothing bares no resemblance to what is advertised, cheap horrible copies, sizing not true, I'd be embarrassed to wear this garment even if it fitted. Look carefully at the photos and you will see they are photoshopped. Might be OK for a floor cloth or possibly cleaning the toilet.

I don't know how anyone can write that the quality of this clothing is acceptable Its just awful!

Ordered 3 dresses and was so shocked. Nothing like pics, Very cheap lining material that frayed. Colours garish (unlike pics), Unfortunately left too late to return as my dad died a few days after order came so I delayed trying to return them and missed the 14 day deadline. Never again.

I barely use online store to purchase an item. Since it is Pandemic, no choice to look for another way, I love the dresses and the quality of product that they offer. Then voila, received on time and very happy. :) There will be more purchasing coming for holidays :)

Ordered 2 weeks ago and was charged 19.99 for 5-9 day delivery. Now 2 weeks later under "my orders" it says they haven't even shipped yet. It also includes a generic response that it might take 14-21 days to ship Their chat site is only for ordering new product. They absolutely need to have some way to communicate. Very poor customer service.

Never ordered from Airydress.com before but glad I did. I was nervous about ordering a dress online, without being able to see it in person. But the dress is absolutely beautiful, and such a great deal! Overall clean and simple design with a ton of filter options. Not many sites have that many color options to choose from, despite having items of random colors on sale. I simply can't wait for my next order
