My order no FN*******060 where i had ordered a black T.Shirt. They delivered a very different white one.
I asked to return and replace. But they have been dodging saying they need to verify and investigate how such a mistake happened!
That is their internal problem but they want the customer to wait till they find out how this happened!
Seems to be just an excuse.
It's sad because some of their products are good. The only thing is their customer service sucks.
If you get the right product the first time then good. But if you need to return it or exchange it then it will not happen.

I recently purchased a t shirt from Ajio and the shirt I received was of third class quality. It's stuff was not good and it's threads was already loose. I don't recommend anyone to purchase from them.

I had made an order for shoes while ordering the app showed a deliver date of 19 Oct 23 and after payment I received a different promise delivery date of 21 oct. It is complete Miss commitment and fraud with consumers. I would request consumer not to order any urgent product from Ajio app as they are frauding customer this way.

They are fraud. They send you wrong products and refused to return stating they sent the right product. Their customer care is pathetic and has no respect for customer. No matter how you explain your problem they will keep on repeating the same thing just like a machine answering your call. Do not buy from this website.

Very worst experience shopping on AJIO.COM, I insists and request the people to never shop with ajio because
1. They never deliver in time
2. They don't allow us to cancel the delayed shipment.
3. I booked the shoe on 5th Aug but the date of delivery changed 4times but not delivered even after 18 days
4. Even after raising the complaint they ask us to wait for one week time to deliver
5. Poor customer care response
I suggest the people not to shop on ajio.com it's waste of money, time and loss of patience

Even after multiple emails and multiple calls, I did not get the refund of the items I have already returned. Also, th e items are showing as return cancelled. There in no sync between the company that pickups the items and ajio. Would not recommend to buy stuff from ajio because of kiosk in refund process

I had ordered adidas shoe from AJIo luxe website and they sent totally different substandard shoe. Claimed refund as wrong product. Week later they mail me to tell that refund cannot be done as it failed quality check and was found to be a non AJIo product. I had called customer care multiple times as well as their grievance officer but all in vain. Even in national consumer helpline problem wasn't solved. Now the consumer court is the final option. Beware of this website.total fraud.

Ajio is the worst and spam platform for online shopping with pathetic & useless customer service. Because even if once your delivery or pickup get stuck due to any reason they won't be able to resolve the issue. They will keep on giving excuses and you will lose your money. Ajio will never call back for any update, you have to chase them each and every time. It's been more than 2 months since my return pickup is pending. Whenever I call they give new excuses.

Please don't buy Puma Shoes from Ajio as they are cheating by sending very poor quality shoes. Shoe sole come out separately in few days and when I contacted for warranty they ask to contact Puma and Puma ask to contact Ajio. Both are playing.

I've ordered 2 separate packs of briefs from Ajio and received the orders. In the first order I had received the briefs with wrong size and wrong colour. In the second order I had received only one brief in a pack of 2. Called the customer care nearly 5 times. Each time I've waited for half an hour for them to pick the call. I've got no resolution from them and 3 of them had abruptly cut the call without intimation and 1 asked to hold and went away. I've waited on the call for another 20 minutes. Such a worst experience. I personally don't recommend this unprofessional site to buy anything from them. Founder being a top class business magnate but having a pathetic ecommerce store.

I have been a regulr customer of Ajio for few months. But lately, they sent me a complete wrong product. I tried to return multiple times but failed. I raised complaint also. Every time, they mentioned they have done the correct delivery. Please be aware of this web app. Looks like, once, you get a wrong product, just forget of returing or getting refund.

They didn't send my product and saying we have successfully delivered and as it's a prepaid product they neither delivered product nor refunded my money fake fake fake fake company just like 3rd class website who just taking money from innocent people

I received 2 pairs of sandals instead i ordered 2 pairs of Kurtis set.And they are not providing the reason or solution for this. They are simply cut my phone calls to customer care. I ordered items for a marriage function which is near to the dates i received those fake items..

I have order the above dress and then initiated the return but somehow due to mistake of delivery guy he press wrong button and it was canceled then he told me to call customer care and initiate the return again but am trying to call customer care from last week but no response.

There is not a bigger cheat than Ajio. They simply want to mint money out of you without any customer service. They are big cheats. I ordered products worth rs 5000 but they delivered part of thd order and said the order has been delivered. I dont know if they didn't send or the deljvery boy goofed up but even after repeatedly saying that the product was nit delivered they closed the complaint. Donot ever buy from this site...

AJIO Convenience charges for COD and Platform charges are outright ripoff.
Bad idea to lynch customer with hidden back-loaded costs.

I had ordered a product on 17th Nov & still not got the product. Raised a complaint on 6th dec & they said will be solved by13th dec. Still no resolution they closed the complaint saying resolved. I raised another complaint on 29th dec & that was closed again on 3rd Jan saying resolved. I called their customer care no response. I waited for almost 15 mins on the line with no one to talk to. Now i still dont have the product & i have paid for it almost 1 & half months ago :( . Really frustrating. AJIO is a big cheater! The shopping experience is seriously disappointing and shocking!

The AJIO status shows as delivered and I have not received the product

Have called on *******991 and wrote emails on *******@ajio.com. Their customer care is the worse. If I check the app, all the complaint numbers (COM*******395, COM*******157 & COM*******749) are automatically closed without any emails/msg/calls without addressing the issue I have raised (just for sake of closing customer tickets).

I will never buy anything and will not recommend buying any product from AJIO

Received a shirt not really sure if the material is 100% cotton. The design is great. So I am confused, if I received the right product. Will think again before I buy next a bit pricey for the stuff
