This company has the most incompetent CS group ever. After a week waiting for my money to be refunded I had to contact them again and they told me they had issues and weren't able to do it but they were doing it now, again, a week after I contacted them the 1st time, I felt like they were treating me as an idiot because that's obviously an excuse. Also their CS reps are really slow, you feel like they are doing something else when you are talking to them. I'm really disappointed with this and I can say for sure I'm not buying anything from Aldo online again.
Ordered boots for Christmas during the Black Friday sale. Aldo sent me one boot. It took me one hour 30 minutes to get this sorted out as the online staff are not very good.
I bought a leather purse from Aldo in June 30th. I gave it as a gift to my daughter in August 9th. She lives south of the border. My daughter has used it less than a month and the close snap ripped off from the fabric. She lives south of the border, so before I got back the purse to exchange it, it was more than the 3 months return/exchange policy of Aldo.
I phoned the Aldo store in Coquitlam Centre and they said there is nothing they can do because the policy is 3 months. I explained my situation, but NO IS THE ANSWER.
She even said maybe the purse was overused or something heavy was put inside.
Purses are supposed to be used, everyday. So Aldo purses are not supposed to be used everyday I guess. Maybe it should just be displayed.
I am very disappointed with their product and policy.
I purchased a pair of high top shoes a few months from a Aldo store and I barley wear them i only wear them on the weekend when i go out and the shoes fell apart at the stitching and when i went to the store they told me that they couldnt do anything for me so I called corporate and they told me the same thing so im out 110.00. Honestly i will never by another pair of shoes from them Im better off going to payless shoes if thats the case. You pay all that money to get quality shoes and there not worth what you pay for them
My experience with Aldo Shoes on 125th in Harlem and online: I picked out boots at the store. I didn't have my credit card so I asked the salesperson do I run home and come back or do they have stock. He said don't worry about it. They always have these boots every year because they sells well. And, this was just the beginning of the season so more would be coming. That was on Thursday. I returned on Monday, no boots on display. I asked where's the boots? They didn't have any. But they should come in Tuesday or Thursday shipments. I called the store Wednesday to check that the boots were in. I was told 'last week all these particular boots were packed and shipped to the city (I guess meaning downtown Manhattan) because they didn't feel the boots would sell in Harlem.' (Me: Really?). It was suggested I go on line. I went on line my size was not available. I tried to contact customer service. After 25 minutes no one answered the call. Judging from this negative experience I won't ever step foot in their store again or go on their website. Too many untruths, lack respect for customers and lack of customer service. The boots seemed nice but not worth the lousy service. Be aware.
I regret it one thousand times that I purchased online from Aldo. Unfortunately when I got my order I found out that the size was too small and had to sent it back. It's been one month since they got my parcel back ( I tracked it online), but the customer service says the same *******@ck... ng thing all the time that they haven't been informed from their warehouse that they received it, even though I sent them the proof of delivery. They don't want to refund my money on purpose!
It's my worst purchasing experience ever!
So I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes online, received 2 "old" or you can say "used" shoes. Went to local store "Brea Mall, CA" to return, they said it's not brand new so they cannot refund you. WHAT? Hello? You shouldn't send out "used" shoes to your customers.
They forced me to exchange the shoes, which I agreed because I think its just $75 dollar, that's nothing. The shoes I choose to exchange does not have my size, so they order online again at the local store.
10 days later, got this shoes that I exchanged, it's $#*!ing "not brand new" again, holy... how delusional can Aldo be? Went to the local store again, argue with the store manager in Brea Mall CA named "Lucas", he even said "not appreciated my attitude" and looks like he wants to fight me.
First of all, you shouldn't send out old shoes, second, you shouldn't send out old shoes twice.
At the end, they forced me to exchange shoes again, or make it as store credit. SO I didn't get any refund.
Poor company, waiting it to fail, with poor customer service and poor local store manager.
By the way, it's just $75 dollars, I can just give it as thinking I'm donating to delusional company.
Poor customer service. Would not accept return of unworn shoes which were wrong size. Won't be shopping there again.
I bought a beige pair of Aldo shoes. They got a little wet in the rain and the RED lining bled onto the outside of the shoes and ruined them. I sent letter and pictures to Aldo and they said it was not a "manufacturer defect" and there was nothing they would do about it. So I will never buy another pair of shoes from them.
Ordered 3 pairs of shoes, only 2 were shipped but I was charged shipping on 3 pairs. Have tried to resolve this with the company in numerous emails but they keep telling different lies.
Every time i go to add something to my bag online (a sale item) it always pops up "an error has occurred" So i noticed it happens with EVERYTHING on the website... So then i do a chat with a sales rep and they don't even apologize they just say oh it takes up to 3 days for everything to populate as far as getting rid of an item that is sold out... What does that even mean? I don't understand as to why it wouldn't just fix itself or say currently out of stock? Why is that so hard!? So everything is just out of stock? Clean up your site god damn!
Robson store people is very unprofessional, I complained about a shoe that I bought 2days ago and I had a blister on my foot from wearing it once, anyway I didn't want a refund but I want to get a different one so they try to convince me that it will be okay so I left and will never be back
1st time I ordered from Aldo they send me the wrong color. 2nd time one shoe was defective as it read at a size 7.5, but was undeniably much smaller then the other shoe sized the same. Still, I pass on ordering because they do such a poor job at it. I have still continued to purchase from the store because I love the style and wear.
I own my own company and decided that despite other issues, I want to partner with them. I will handle the orders with my service and act as a liaison to ensure service. This, would be no issue for me.
I haven't received one call back. They seem to care very little for their customers and much less for someone WANTING to work with them. It baffles me the responses that I received from this company. In the past 3 months I have independently purchased over 300.00 in shoes, 110.00 in jewelry and about 100.00 in hand bags and accessories... with the poor ordering and then being completely swatted off like I do not matter. I am finding that there are blessings in the sorted dealings of life and being treated this way is one of them. I won't shop with Aldo again. I won't bring my daughters to Aldo again. With better brands and 2 of which have contacted me immediately (more expensive, high end, quality brands) which I am currently partnered with and actively selling moreover 50 units A DAY! I no longer wish to purchase nor work with Aldo.
I wanted to look outside of my experiences as I have enjoyed wearing this brand for many years. But the fact of the matter is. They may be picky about who sells them, but I am more picky about selling them to my customers. If this is the kind of treatment that my customers could potentially face and poor order fulfillment... why would I want my name affiliated with that?
Thank you Aldo and it's representatives for pushing me aside. After the other companies heard of the treatment, they were all too eager to work with me. If not for you, I would have made a mistake and cost my companies reputation.

Where do i begin? Ok, at the end. I will NEVER, I repeat, NEVER order another item from this site-even if I won the item-They can keep it! This was one of the worse online experiences I have ever had. I ordered 2 items. I received 1. They refunded the money for the 2nd item and convinced me to reorder the item. A mistake! It has been over a month since my initial order and their tracking says DELIVERED. Delivered where?! I really don't think the 2nd item was ever in stock but it was a smooth trick to get me to spend SOME money with them. I have UNSUBSCRIBED to their site to avoid any contact with them. Horrible! How are they still in business?!
Placed two orders online for one pair of the black suede Cassidy shoes. First order, shoe had scuffles all around it, and my hands would turn powdery black each time i touched the shoes. Went to the mall, and showed the Aldo manager the defected shoes. She too couldn't believe how bad of a shape they were in. Unfortunately, the store did not have my size so we had to order it online again. When the shoes arrived the second time around, it was the same thing all over again. I just got these shoes in the mail too. Can't believe the store could make the same mistake twice, and all they can do is give you $15 off after spending almost two hours on the phone with customer service including waiting to get someone. I purchased a purse online November 26,2017. Received an email stating Purse will be at the store in Las Vegas_Meadows Mall got there and Purse was not there. Talked to some young girl with braces claiming the order wasnt there and would have to come back tomorrow. When I requested a refund she then snapped gave me attitude rolled her eyes. You honestly think I want to come back tomorrow after getting attitude? I live across town and figured since Im off late ship it to the store and not receive at home since I work late hours. Ive tried calling this store and the phone has been ringing for hours if not busy: I contacted the Mall Mangaement to see if they had another number spoke to Kathleen and was very helpful. She was nice enough to send Security down to the store and come to find out the phone has been down for months after reading the reviews from June. Who doesnt follow up on things like that? You are losing customers! Management is obviously not involved, no way. If you were,(RUBY) you would send an A TECH to see whats going on. I contacted the 1800 number and some big headquarters person is suppose to contact me.
I would say that Aldo has the worst website customer help and worst delivery packaging ever. I ordered 3 different jewelries, 1 pair of earrings, 1 ring, and 1 necklace. Needless to say, I received my orders in 2 separate packaging, not sure why, and also the first package I received were so poorly packaged that both earrings and ring were broken during shipping. I tried to contact their customer service through the website email and it keeps coming up as error. Also, they don't provide another email so I am left to wait until the next business day to call them. Also, I am unsure why they separated my orders into 2 packages. They certainly don't care enough to ensure the items were packed properly to ensure safe delivery. They shipped my order in a black thin plastic bag with no bubble wrap or any other wrapping to make sure the earrings and ring don't break during shipping. I find it incomprehensible how this company doesn't even care enough to make sure the items get to their customers in good condition. I will never order from Aldo ever again because I can clearly see how little they care for their customers.

Sunday after Thanksgiving they have only 3 stuff members, (Oakbrook mall) I waited for 40 mn to get one of two pair of shoes I asked for, and they look used, have sopots on the leather. I waited for the second pair 15 more min. Fonaly left. The worst service I ever have in my life
Bought a pair of boots a month ago wore them around my apartment for a few minutes only. Tried to return them but since i didnt have the box i got a terrible attitude from the manager at the cherry creek store in Denver. Store #2116. Called costumer service and the man I talked to told me I could create a shipping label to return via mail. So I called the cherry creek store to tell them this and the same manager hung up on me! So I called customer service back to tell them I couldn't figure out how to create a return label and was informed that I can't even do that since I bought the shoes in store. What!? The complete opposite of what I was told I could do on the previous call. So apparently some high up person will be calling to resolve this problem. We will see. Never buying from them again!
