I used their email support form to ask a very simple question about something that wasn't quite right with one of their mixers. This was not addressed in their minimalistic manual (in pdf form). Other than the auto reply saying "We got your question", I have not heard a word back from them. Today marks 14 days since I submitted that request. This is just a reflection on the horrible attitude that captive sellers have anymore. They know we need what they sell if we are going to be involved with music, whether they offer decent support or not, so they take the easy (cheaper) option and just not address user concerns. Horrible. They used to be a good company. They still make good products. The problem is that once they have your money they don't care about you anymore.
