I ordered 5 bows. The site states exactly this: ***All orders are processed within 10 - 15 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends and holidays). Large orders of 15 or more bows may take an additional 5 -10 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends and holidays) to process.
And also this: ***To check on the status of your order, please email us at *******@alexisbowtique.com. Please include your Order ID# in the subject line. We respond to all emails as quickly as possible but usually within 24 hours.
I ORDERED 5 BOWS 42 DAYS AGO. THEY CHARGED THE CARD IMMEDIATELY, AND I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE THE BOWS. I HAVE E-MAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY RESPONSE. VERY FRUSTRATING. I HAD TROUBLES THE FIRST TIME, AND AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGEMENT, GAVE THEM A 2ND CHANCE.
