I was using lip collagen twice a day for over a month with zero results. I figured since I payed for it and I don't want to go through hassle of having to return it, I will keep using it as a lip balm because it does moisturize the lips. After 6 weeks I started seeing results and now my lips are back to its fullness. I lost more than half of my lip volume this past couple of years due to age related collagen loss. I guess it just took time for it to work. I loved the face cream samples they sent so I will be ordering that soon.
