Once again i ordered on ali express, this time day running strips on a 10 day delivery promised timeslot, once the tracking came up it was saying estimate delivery in june but it was now early april. Contacted customer service who said dispute rejected and i must wait. This all shows ali express think of the sellers and not the buyers no matter what country they were from WHY BOTHER BUYING ON ALI EXPRESS.
Tip for consumers:
take a screenshot before buying to prove your case and show other users that sellers lie.

I don't believe aliexpress have been regularly receiving 4 or 5 stars. Thats very definitely made up or deliberately misleading as the scammers are giving fake positive reviews.
If you go on trust pilot they are barely receiving one star in most reviews. 99 per cent of reviews are bad and they all have the same issues. Which, predominantly are:
(1) The chat link does not work and messages are copied and pasted the same to every enquiry by a robot who isn't intelligent.
(3) You rarely receive goods or get what you ordered. Fake sellers block you so you cannot get a refund on returned goods supported by aliexpress who pose as sellers.
(3) You never receive refunds which is what I've experienced and I've had over £800 stolen by them.
(4) Your address is altered and parcels delivered to a fraudsters address employeed by aliexpress who return the parcel free so it can be used to rescam someone else.
I got all this info from my bank and shipping company who have investigated them and fraud team with the UK police.
They are part of a global criminal organisation based in India that are scamming millions or billions out of vulnerable people every year.
Ive been defrauded and had money stolen from my bank account and all my bamk accounts have Been infiltrated and my cards cloned and used by either an individual or criminal gang notified by my banks. This is all related to aliexpress stealing bank info.
They also run wish alibaba dh gate saramart banggood and many others all part of the same criminal empire.
Please avoid them as your I'd will be stolen your money and your bank account.
It's happened to me three times by them and their other fake companies. Please note many sites will declare them legitimate and they are not.
