I ordered a couple of items in early September with a dispatch date of 5-7 days. Once this time lapsed, I noted my order was still showing as 'processing'. I emailed with a request for update and, when I received no reply, sent a message via their social media page also. It was then that I saw a growing number of negative reviews over the last year or so, all from people saying they had no response to emails and had no goods or refunds. This worried me, and so I messaged the business again, noting they have no business telephone number on their website. I still received no response and so, after a few days, I left a negative review. Only after I left a bad review did I get a response and the response I received was that the owner had suffered a bereavement and would send my items immediately, but that I should feel bad for not considering her personal circumstances (which I would have no knowledge of). My goods still were not dispatched and my request for refund was ignored, and so I updated my review to state that I was reporting the matter (as numerous customers before me had also stated). The owner immediately responded, calling me a liar and accusing me of harassing her by reporting her. It was only once I had reported her that she then refunded me.
I considered the matter closed, but saw others in the same boat and so let them know the route for complaints, as they claimed the owner was ignoring them also. I have been contacted by others who advise they are still not in receipt of parcels or refunds and I wished them the best in getting a refund and tried to offer advice.
For this I have been stalked, harassed and defamed by the business and her friends. I have had an onslaught of messages over the last 15 hours, as the owner has posted about my review on her page and privately to other customers. I am being accused of leaving a 'fake review', and of being a liar and a bully, despite the fact that I simply left an honest review.
My private social media profile is being targeted as a result, but people associated with the owner and they are finding it appropriate to laugh at posts about my disabled 5 year old child, and my experience with domestic abuse.
Honestly this is utterly hateful. Since targeting me publically, I have now been sent messages from other customers who have also been targeted by the same people claiming to represent the business and being verbally abusive if they refuse to remove negative reviews. I have shared evidence of this bullying and harassment with the business owner, requesting she cease and desist further harassment, however she is continuing to allow and encourage it, by posting about me on her social media pages claiming I am making up my review! I have all the emails, correspondence and evidence of harassment and abuse and still she is calling me a liar and encouraging people to attack me on social media.
I'm exhausted and now forwarding the matter on to the police and updating action fraud and trading standards.
Too much drama and dishonesty for me. One to avoid. If the owner has personal issues, she needs to be more transparent and honest instead of attacking customers! I just wanted my items, or else my money back. Yes i got a refund eventually, but it took effort and stress to get it and the owner was dishonest and continues to be dishonest rather than facing, owning and resolving the issues the business appears to be having presently. A simple apology to affected customers, rather than lying to buy more time would have been a better option.
