Much higher filter quality and MERV rating for less money than competitors. I don't have to crunch the edges to force it to fit. My area is a high allergen/pollutant area. I have to replace filters monthly instead of every 3 months. Getting a quality product I can afford is very important.

One of the 3 pack of water filters leaked all over the refrigerator. Luckily, I had one spare and it worked to replace. I can't believe I'm ordering more, but I don't have time right now to search for other.

I had someone put the filter in in my water. Flow slowed up too small trickle. An email was sent to your company. A few days later I received a response that the filter needs to be soaked. That would've been a good suggestion when I received the product less wasting everybody's time

The filters have the same #, slightly different title/description of what they treat, so hard to distinguish which one to easily pick a replacement. Had to call customer service a couple times to clarify our choice from the list of filters to determine if it was the same as the original.

Very helpful staff, I had ordered a size filter off an old box, not knowingly, my size had become a special order in stead of a standard order. Which now that size was doubled in cost. They offered me my previous price and I was able to now get the right size. Because of their due diligence I will order again.

Bought filters for my home system. Including shipping, they were less than buying them locally at the big box store or well supply house. They are good quality. There was no trip to the store to get them. Enough were purchased to have a year supply just to have them on hand.

Based on the model number All Filters recommended a filter that was not compatible with my refrigerator. Most companies also recommend the wrong filter, so its a Whirlpool issue. Whirlpool must have changed the filters for the newer versions of that model. All Filters recognized the issue and offered me a full refund.

It took a while, but they were honorable in offering a full refund.

I had bought a previous filter to have on hand and that refrigerator quit working. I had to buy a new refrigerator and I emailed and asked for an exchange for that filter and was not offered that option. I had to sell it on Nextdoor and take a loss after months.

The filter should be shipped in a box not an envelope. My filter case was damaged and opened a little. The filter looked a little dirty and I had to rinse it off so I could use it. The envelope was not torn. The filter looked like it hen been returned to your store not fresh off the shelf. I needed it so I had to use it. I am not satisfied with All Filters.

The products seem to work great, high quality and exact fit, for a discounted price. No complaints on any of that, and that is why I'm back here today, BUT... customer service is at times lacking. I made a big purchase of several air and water filters for my last refrigerator, again no complaints on your product quality, but immediately after the receipt of my purchase the refrigerator broke down. I had to buy a new one, and thought MAYBE they'll take my initial purchase in for some kind of credit towards a similar filter purchase for the new refrigerator. I left messages, sent a description of what happened to customer service... that was in June with no response/reply as of yet. If it weren't for the fact that you have great prices and excellent quality I wouldn't be back, and I shopped your product a little harder looking for a similar deal, had I found one I wouldn't have returned.

I have always purchased my filters from All Filters and have never had a problem. Product is always perfect and delivered in a timely manner. I also like the reminder email when it's time to buy more.

The filters manufactured by you are as good as the originals, at a fraction of the price. And I am now purchasing a housing, because I am 80 years old, and I want a spare, just in case I drop and break the original!
