There were difficulties having a Canadian credit card but staff worked through this.
Side note: just after receiving the filters my geo furnace quit and is being replaced by a different unit that can't use these filters! So I won't be ordering them again.

Our refrigerator water filter was back ordered with no specific availability date from the manufacturer, which forced us to look elsewhere. How lucky for us! Not only was the price at All Filters much less than our refrigerator manufacturer, but shipping was free and we received our order in two days.

I was hoping it would fit my rainwater collection system. It was a mere fraction of an inch off. You guys were great. The problem is the manufacturers keep changing the size so we (the customers) have to completely replace our filtering system. I only paid $16.00 for your filter, but had to pay $475 to get a system that fit... Bummer.

Please ask me again when order is delivered. So far, so good!

Have check other places for the same brand and can't find them cheaper. Always comes in just a few days after order placed and in good condition. Think they are a great source for quality product.

One of the 3 pack of water filters leaked all over the refrigerator. Luckily, I had one spare and it worked to replace. I can't believe I'm ordering more, but I don't have time right now to search for other.

I'm using a Merv 11 pleated filter from All Filters. With the free shipping, these are about $1.50 per filter less expensive than the similar product at Home Depot AND, I didn't have to drive to a store!

Website was easy to use. More importantly for me though is that I had a question about getting set up for future tax exempt purchasing and the customer service experience I had via emails was swift and painless!

I'm sure glad that this filter bypass plug was well described and fit my model of refrigerator. I had no problems installing it and look forward to installing a better filtration under my kitchen sink.

I did some shopping around and these were the best price I found. Not only did All Filters have a bulk deal that will have us taken care of for a couple years, but the filters were delivered quicker than I expected. It may be 2 years before we need another filter but I'll definitely use All Filters again.

I appreciate the reminder emails about what filters I need to replace. They have the model on file so if I'm ready to replace, I can submit order through the email. I love the convenience, quality of the pool filter is very good and a great price.

I was able to find a filter for my refrigerator at a fraction of the cost of other retailers. I like the fact that they send reminders when it's time to replace. All you have to do is hit the replace button to set the order in motion.
