Ordered a filter for my refrigerator from All Filters easy to navigate website. When I had a problem with delivery from FedEx, customer service representative, Maecee (from All Filters), said she would check with FedEx and see what was happening. I received the filter shortly after our call. Maecee was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would order from All Filters again.
Sent an email asking prices for the filter, instant response with free shipping and good price. Filter was received in perfect condition and within a few days. This is my place for all future pool filters!
I was able to order three filters at a great price then realised after I ordered that my pay program put the wrong address but I was able to immediately send a message and got a reply within an hour saying it was OK they'd send it to the correct address. Perfect Customer Service.
I received an email back very promptly relieving me of my concern that the wrong address had automatically been populated, but I was assured by Customer Service that it would be mailed to the correct address
The description for the SpiroPure SP-CC1-10 filter says flow rate is 4-8 gpm which would be perfect for my system. After I installed this filter the flow slowed to only a trickle. I have a bypass valve so I read the review about soaking the filter so I let it soak until the next day and still only managed to get much less than a gallon per minute. I suspect maybe the spec on this is missing a decimal and should be listed as 0.4-0.8 gpm. This filters seems like it is meant more for a countertop system.
The filters were fine and arrived in a timely manner. However, I have received NUMEROUS requests to review this vendor and cannot stop these emails from being sent to me. I responded several times that I have received the merchandise, but I did not want to take time to write a review about a/c filters.
All filters shipped the product as promised, but the filter took two extra days for delivery than was forecasted by All Filters. Probably the fault of the USPS, but I still can't give a 5 for that reason.
I received my filters and panicked because they looked too small in the box. I didn't open the box and called customer service (we just bought the house and old filter had 2017 written on it) I then found out I needed to remove the end off old filter and attach to new filter. It worked perfectly!
I have been using All Filters for a few years now and dealing with them is fast and easy. When we moved into our new home it was the first time we had a well. The filter the builder used was discontinued and All Filters were there to help get what we needed. I would highly recommend using All Filters!

The filters are fine but a bit expensive. I'm not sure why one filter is 50 dollars or 150 for 3. If they are made on the USA and not China I don't mind.

Placed an order a long time ago. Didn't create an account, that I recall, this time I did. I had record of the previous order which had links to the filters I needed which made ordering a breeze, about 5 min. Now it'll be even quicker.

A specific GE filter was on sale, it seemed, but really, it was a "compatible" filter, that didn't filter nearly as much stuff. I thought I had ordered the actual GE filter, but the website was a little deceptive. So, I now have the lesser filter as a backup.
Searching for one water filter, another was suggested, but it was very difficult to figure out which one the specifications were for, and then more difficult to get a comparison of the two filters, that is, how much of what did they filter out.
