“Good Customer Service”

I purchased an essential oil diffuser which I loved and which worked properly for a little over one month. After that time it continued to work sporadically for an hour or two or less no matter that I cleaned it and allowed it to dry out. I spoke with Brandon at customer service who explained their thirty day return policy but graciously was going to check with his manager. Two days later, I was happily surprised to learn they had decided to refund my money for this defective diffuser rather than send me another one since I did not have the lot number. I chose to write this review since people are usually quick to criticize but I think it is equally important to let people know when they did something right. I will not hesitate to purchase from All Star Health again and will recommend them to others when the opportunity arises.

“All star health don't return money back”

I bought a product from them and they did not ship it. They say that they are checking with me if I am the card holder and they withdraw money from my account. Then they ask me how much money they withdrew, and when I did not succeed in answering, I canceled the purchase and asked them to return my money to me, but they did not accept. They always said that they returned it, but they did not. They returned it a month ago

Fast ship and good prices on fresh product. Even refunded shipment to sister who passed before she could open just delivered pkg. Much appreciated. Recommend as a repeat customer.

Allstarhealth.com massively overcharge for shipping and duties 3-4 times, if you order from outside USA, you will end up paying almost double compared to other American companies.

We do our very best to offer the lowest prices possible, and always list the shipping cost at checkout so you can compare with other companies to obtain the lowest price possible before you make your purchase.

Since customs fees are applied by your local customs department, we unfortunately do not have any control over these fees. This is the reason we provide a notice during checkout encouraging our customers to call their local customs department before ordering to get an estimate for any duties and taxes that may be charged. Additionally, upon checkout we include an "Important Notice Regarding International Orders" which we have listed below. In order to proceed with any order, you must acknowledge this notice by checking a box on the site. This is our way of being completely transparent, because we never want you to feel like you weren't informed up front about the possibility of additional fees from customs.

Shipping and Handling charges on your order do not include any import taxes or duties that your local customs office may request upon delivery of your order. Product stolen no help from allstarhealth. There non discrete packaging tells you exactly what's inside. Someone see it and bang you get nothing and are out at your cost according to ASH

Such a scam--stay far away from these shady sellers! Ordered an OTC vitamin for our 7-year (they were out of stock locally & Amazon), and received a shipping email the next day... but with a bizarrely long tracking number—despite ASH claiming to be sent via USPS First Class. We then waited 3+ weeks for the package to arrive... only to then receive an email stating the package was being "Held at Post Office, At Customer Request"... which of course we DID NOT request. Still, we needed the vitamins, so I stood in line at the only post office in our small town for 35 minutes only to be told (no surprise) that the package was NOT being held. Called AllStarHealth's customer service line and got the run around: "Oh, I can't issue a refund b/c the package is at your post office". I explained clearly that it was not, but AllStarHealth is a scammer, so of course it was like talking to a wall. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS RIPOFF SELLER!

We apologize for the lost package and for all the trouble you went though. We haven't done our job if you felt you needed to write a review, so please accept our sincere apologies for dropping the ball. Upon researching the issue we unfortunately couldn't find an explanation for USPS holding the package instead of delivering to your mailbox like they normally do. So we have deemed this package lost. We called and emailed you on Friday to confirm whether you preferred a replacement or refund but we didn't hear back, so we refunded the order in full. Please accept our sincere apologies for the lost package, and for making you feel as though we didn't intend to assist with this issue.

Order shipped from CA to AZ using Ontrac, their choice. ASH site says 1-5 days. Ontrac's warehouse in Phoenix received package on 8/28/21, initially said delivery date that day, then said delayed until the next day, then the next, the next day, the next etc. Today is 9/2/21, talked to Ontrac, said warehouse doesn't have AC and ASH is aware of delivery issues in Phoenix area. I told this to ASH rep, she denied being aware of any issues which makes her a bold faced liar according to reviews and ASH replies to those reviews. Now told delivery on the 6th, I'm in Tempe, 10 miles away from Phoenix. Contacted ASH, was told it's business days. Supplements are diminished by prolonged exposure to heat and don't know the difference between days and business days so my order will sit in a hot Phoenix warehouse for 9 days before delivered, of course that is if it's actually delivered on the 6th which is labor day. Allstarhealth doesn't care, should be no star health. Long time customer but will most likely buy elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the confusion and delay in receiving your package. Our information indicates that the order was delivered on 9/4/21. We have been aware of some delays for some of our packages due to the wildfires in California. However, these delays are typically only a few days, so the Ontrac representative's statement that we were aware of delays "up to 3 weeks" was not accurate. We understand that the Ontrac rep also made claims that the quality of the products would be affected by the temperature in their warehouses. This was also incorrect, as neither product purchased is sensitive to heat. We completely understand why these statements would have caused you concern and we reported this conversation to the carrier's team after we spoke with you last week. Ontrac has assured us they would research and address the misinformation that was provided to you. If there are any issues with the quality of the product you received, please let us know and we would be glad to assist you.

I bought 6 bottles of Sambucus, and there was a revolting amount of bubble wrap and tape used. I will never use this company again, and I hope you won't either.

Thank you for your feedback. We do our best to be as environmentally friendly as possible by recycling materials from received shipments and minimizing plastic use. SInce we also must package carefully to prevent damage in transit, we do use bubble wrap on glass and liquid products to protect against damage. Unfortunately there are not many alternatives for us to ship these more fragile items safely, but we are very conscious of it and encourage all of our customers to recycle their packaging whenever possible. Ordered product, DHL has no record of it for tracking. Total scam website. Website did not even send me a shipping tracking number.

I have spoken with the company and they refuse to help they only use UPS and UPS claims it was refused and they never tried. I asked can you send it ANY other way and they refuse to help

We want you to understand that we are happy to assist, but our system has limitations when it comes to shipping by a specific carrier. If you choose the Domestic Standard method, there is always the chance your order may ship with any of our shipping carriers which include UPS, Ontrac, Surepost or USPS. The first two times this occurred we absorbed the fees to switch your package to USPS instead of Domestic Standard and explained how to select USPS yourself at checkout for future orders. If you have a preference to ship only by USPS, please choose that preference at checkout. This will guarantee your package goes by that ship method instead of the other shipping carriers. We are happy to see that tracking shows that your package was successfully delivered on 10/31/19 at 11:36 A.M. Should you have any other questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us. This company lures you in with great prices and decent products but what you won't realize until it's too late is that they charge you for really crappy shipping that is totally unreliable, like OnTrack (they use contractor/vendors who will keep your product in their car for days at a time when it's 90 degrees outside). When you call to complain that you haven't received your product, you'll speak with a bunch of really chipper guys who you can tell have really big grins on their faces as they're speaking to you while you're frustrated as hell after having spent so much money and not received your product. They'll tell you it's out of their hands and when you speak to a supervisor, you'll soon realize that it's a company run by a total of 15 people who could not care less that you haven't received your product (I attempted to escalate and was told repeatedly I was speaking to the highest level folks. One of them even hung up on me--if this is the highest level... yikes... I'll take my business elsewhere). They'll tell you that if you don't receive it, or if you decide you want to buy from another company, they will not refund you until they receive it back. Further, they couldn't be bothered to offer you your shipping costs back. So if OnTrack or whatever shipment company loses it or for any other reason doesn't get it back to the company, you're out of luck and AllStarHealth has just robbed you of your hard earned money. They rub your nose in this by charging you for shipping and they'll smile the whole while that they're doing it. Only in SoCal do you get met with this kind of brazen snobbery and smarminess.

So we have refunded the shipping cost for the order as our apology for the inconvenience experienced with receiving your order. We choose reliable carriers and delivery partners, so we apologize that this delivery was not satisfactory.
