I purchased an essential oil diffuser which I loved and which worked properly for a little over one month. After that time it continued to work sporadically for an hour or two or less no matter that I cleaned it and allowed it to dry out. I spoke with Brandon at customer service who explained their thirty day return policy but graciously was going to check with his manager. Two days later, I was happily surprised to learn they had decided to refund my money for this defective diffuser rather than send me another one since I did not have the lot number. I chose to write this review since people are usually quick to criticize but I think it is equally important to let people know when they did something right. I will not hesitate to purchase from All Star Health again and will recommend them to others when the opportunity arises.

We have been ordering for over a year now. Prices are great and consistently lower than other retailers. We order the Pines Wheatgrass, Sun Warrior Protein Powder, Vitamin D, etc. Shocked by how fast we receive our order. Very pleased with this company and appreciate saving money on items we usually purchase.

I did not know about this company until I seen their prices listed on a google search.Called customer service to confirm availability and placed the order on the phone.Showed up 3 days later and received a tracking number through e-mail only hours after placing order.Impressed,Found another good source for supplements.

I have been ordering from All Star Health for some time now, and they never ever disappoint. With my most recent order, there was an unavoidable delay as something was back ordered. Sometimes this happens. A very courteous and knowledgeable young lady called to personally advise me of the back order and asked me what I wanted to do. Placed an order on 9/5/17 which shipped on 9/7/17 using a company called OnTrac (also being reviewed). Order sat in a warehouse for 7 days because apparently OnTrac didn't have anyone to deliver my package. WTH? You're a shipping company! Asked All Star to retrieve the package because it had food items and I no longer wanted them after sitting in a warehouse for 7 days and only God knows how much longer. They said they'd get the package back and send me replacements using a more reputable company. Now they are out of stock. Worst customer service ever!

I've been using almost nine years without incident. I always compare pricing against them since they continually have the best pricing. Sometimes I don't need multiple items so if it's a one-off, I might use another site but generally I even with the $5 shipping it's much cheaper than the competition. I even recommend it to my friends at the gym or on my wrestling team which I coach.

The prices are lower than Amazon and they offer the hard to find items at normal pricing. They don't price gouge or over charge. Shipping is on time and I had a good experience with their customer service rep when I called them to ask about a product I had ordered in the past and wanted to order more of this product by the case. I have ordered from this company a number of times and no problems. I'd recommend them 5 stars.

1.They had a payment issue using PayPal.
2. They had an address problem with their website.
3. I called them twice about the above issues which was frustrating.
4. After finally placing an order again that as earlier voided, I somehow didn't receive an email which required that I click on a link for PayPal payment.
5. When I called Allstarhealth about the order problem they never did recognize the order issues was their fault and would not expedite shipping to compensate for the delay.
I was rather shocked upon learning of the lower reviews. I shopped there for quite a few years... NEVER EVER a problem.
Customer service people are very pleasant and personable. Which was used more for a query than a problem!
So I don't get it. I think most people will be extremely pleased with their service.
I had to leave because I purchase a monthly supply of 5 Hour Energy (always Extra Strength). So after a few years they raised prices and I was forced to find another place with the prices I grew to expect... and I did. They even offered to work with me on the price. I chose to move on though.
So they are really great! I do miss them, even though I found a better price for my needs. If they have wat you need... BUY IT!

I order frequently from All Star Health and have received nothing but great service. Today I received a shipment with a broken bottle included. I contacted customer service and once again received excellent customer care. I explained the situation to the All Star Health representative, he immediately resolved the situation and ordered a replacement. Customer Care is a huge part of why I buy from certain companies. Along with top rated products, their customer care is world class.

I have yet received my $251.33 that Allstarhealth took from my account. I wrote to them from my bank's advice, asking them to write to my bank confirming that their bank agrees with my bank's CHARGE BACK. But it seems they ignore my email.
This is on-going painful issue that has happened for 1 month since they wrongly charged my account whilst still in doubt about the information on my credit card. They made all excuses for my not being able to receive my money back but they seem to be unable to provide me with the records of what they have done.
I am not the only victim of this organization. I just want everyone to be cautious when doing shopping with them.

Surprised to see all of these negative reviews... are you guys the competition? Best prices I have found online and the shipping has been lightning quick or at least adequate but that has only been the case in recent months with Covid etc. Have not used customer support yet (have had no reason to) but will let it be known if it is bad like some here are claiming. The only concern I had a while back was as to whether or not they are a front for NOW products. I have tried many of the NOW products but I am not sure they are equal to the more familiar brand names - would like to hear from others who may feel the same way. But anyway I give AllStarHealth all A's. No problems and great prices.

I ordered supplements from them and received order quicker and about $25 less than the competitor I usually order from - I only wish they would put product samples in so that you can try other products to see what you like or don't like.
When I first ordered, I was shocked to receive my order the next day! Not only that, but the box was in pristine condition, so the delivery service they use does not step on, smash or throw the boxes! I ordered again, and received the same, fast delivery service, and product arrived in perfect condition. This experience alone was enough to make me order again, but then I saw that they guarantee their price to be the lowest. I checked and they were lower than any other place I could find! One bottle of vitamins was $5 lower. I will continue to order from this excellent, quality company. It's nice to receive my vitamins placed nicely on my porch, out of the sun and out of view from the street.

Ordered on August, and its November still haven't arrive to AUS abd I paid $19.7 postage. The funny thing is the customer service said to me they used the DHL was untrackable, and don't even know it was missed or where was the parcel is. Without any investigation just ask the customer to do so. It is freaking stupid.

They are selling products for 50% off, because the product has expired. I bought some Graviola, that was 50%, that I needed for medical reasons, because the local store ran out and when I got it in the mail, and tasted it, it was bad. The date stamp of expiration was hard to read, and looked fake, it was on the side of the bottle, not under the bottle like I have purchased in a store. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I returned the product, and they did not even credit me $8.30 for the shipping I spent to return it. The first pic below is with a camera zoomed in a lot, it's hard to see with the naked eye the date of expiration. The second pic is of a bottle I bought in the store, that has a legit print of a date below the bottle.

Ordered 6 bottles of Udo's Choice 17oz on 5/29/23@ $19.00/ea. There was no notice at the time of order that all product was not in stock. They delivered one and backordered 5. Stated they expected to rec'v new order in on 6/14. Agreed to wait. 6/14 rec'd message they rec'd updated arrival date of 6/30 from manufacturer. 7/11 rec'd cancellation of my order notice. Product offering still up on their website but now for $26.99. I put another 6 in my cart on 7/11 and was not notified that they did not have the product in stock. If they don't have the product, they should remove it from the site or inform that they do not have the product available. All Star Health is now on my "Do Not Patronize" list.
