I'm not sure why people are giving bad reviews about this site. I ordered 4 sling chairs, sure the shipping took a bit long than Amazon or wayfair but still came within 2 weeks of ordering. I was lery about the quality when I first ordered, because they were about $100 dollars cheaper than everywhere else I looked when buying a pair, but after putting them together, they are a pretty good quality item, as good as the ones we bought from Big Lots about 4 years ago. I will continue to buy off this site and I will definitely recommend!

Order a BBQ pit through WalMart.
Received the pit and all the essential parts of putting it together were missing...
The little bag of nuts and bolts etc not here! So now I have BBQ pit pieces all laid out and no way to put together. Tried the 1877 number, busy everytime! What a joke. Sent email, no response!

Bought a double umbrella for my patio and upon installation I realized that product was defective as something was wrong with base causing it to be lopsided. Been emailing company for a few weeks since there is no way to call them. They will not assist and insist that I have to assemble the umbrella all over again which is not easy due to size in order to get a refund. Worst company to do business. Will never buy from them again.

Ordered a chair and it has been in "pending" status for two weeks. They are trying to blame it on Fed Ex but I use Fed Ex all the time with no problems. I am sure, like the other people said, they never even shipped t!

Placed an order and got an email said it was shipped via fedex. A week after still not delivered and no tracking history. Had to contact customer service multiple times and it took 3 (!) days for them to find out where is my order. Turned out that it was never shipped. Pissed off totally.

Absolutely horrid customer service. They wouldn't help with a simple question about one of their products, repeatedly answering they did not understand when i clarified the question further and further. I would recommend avoiding dealing with this company.

Whoever wrote positive reviews regarding this so called company must have been paid to do so. I ordered close to one thousand dollars for a full outdoor patio set. I received the table after two mo this and numerous emails to so called Carrie from customer service. The chairs as I am being told are still sitting in a warehouse not even shipped yet. Each email I received from them had the same verbiage. Obviously they lack basic customer service skills. The Attorney General of the state I reside in and the 2 states where this company has locations in the US will also be contacted by me filing formal written complaints regarding customer fraud. Stay away from Alphamarts. I thing they deserve negative 10 stars but unfortunately that was not an option to submit my review

I would not rate them a 1 star but I had no choice. I received an outdoor table which was very poorly made and screws would not fit the openings. I have emailed, chatted, multiple phone calls and all this just to get an address to return it. They will not provide an address to ship it back. They say you have to call customer service who does not answer who do not answer the phone. My email responses say I must sent a video of the area that doesn't fit. Who has time for all of this. I just want to return it.

Very poor quality on outdoor sectionals! Seat cushions hard, pillows don't stay upright, pieces don't connect straight, backs aren't tall enough to support backs! Company refused to give refund! Do not order!

I received half a sofa, it was a wicker material and it was all unraveling and the cushions had dirt all over them. I'm fighting with them to get me a call tag at this point I've just called Visa to file a dispute. They ignore what you say and tell you that you should keep it

Terrible product. Bought the outdoor patio set. It arrived damaged, pieces missing, the legs fall off, the glass on the table had to be taped on, the pillows fall off. It looks like a children's set. It cannot hold adults. No one will call me back or answer my emails.

Ordered two shade sails and only got one. I have emailed the company on their website. Twice!
No 2nd sail ever came. No credit to my account. No return response, ever. Will never ever ever order from them again.

I received the set of outdoor furtniture I bought from these guys and the glass arrived broken. But they sent me a new set promptly.
Other than the initial hiccup, the furniture is as expected and at a really unbeatable price for the look and quality!

This is the first time I use Alphamarts and their service are great! Affordable Price, user-friendly website, provides accurate delivery information and the furniture I ordered are in their best condition!
They deserve a 5 stars! Thank you!

We purchased the PHI VILLA 3-Piece Rattan Outdoor Sectional Sofa. The order arrived on time and in good condition. The directions are not very clear, but my husband figured it out after about an hour. I wish the pillows had better stitching at the indented parts, but otherwise we are very pleased. A year later and everything still looks brand new! FYI: Our set lives on a screened in porch, covered from the elements when it's not in use.

I was underwhelmed when the furniture came together. It's small and very low to the ground. I have only had it for one summer season and will like to replace with patio furniture for adults. You get what you pay for.

Its been almost a year to get a replacement part sent as the have sent the wrong one two times and now they say its lost by the shipper but they have no tracking number and yes e-mail is the only way to communicate and they keep stretching the truth, very dissatisfied

I ordered a camp chair. When it arrived it was not as advertised. Even though it was what appeared to be deceptive advertising they would not pay to ship it back. I will dispute the charges. Never again!

This were just what I had been looking for. They were one third the cost of others I had been looking for. The only complaint I have is that they are smaller than the measurements said. It could be that they measured from eyelet to eyelet but they definitely didn't measure the actual fabric length. It is about a foot and a half smaller.

I was shipped the wrong order. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone from the company besides a sketchy text message. I have called and emailed numerous times and I have not been contacted back. I have also responded back to the text and asked them to call me ASAP and that has never been done.

Having a nightmare on a patio chair set order from them. I have gotten 5 different renditions blaming FedEX as to the staus my order which when I spoke to the shipper arrangements where never made to pick merchandise from the warehouse. Have repeatedly request cancellation and refund and keep getting told the order is in route which is not true. Another Chinese based company scamming good folks even though they have a Las Vegas, NV address.

With the help of one of the employees, I ordered 2 10 piece sectionals. She walked me through this and ensured me they would arrive on time. I told her these were for an event. She even made sure that dispatch was aware to ship these the next day. The dispatch team decided that it must have been a mistake that I ordered and paid for 2 of them, so they only sent me one. They decided on their own to make these ridiculous changes to my order. They refused to expedite anything to me to make up for it. It was a mess. Terrible customer service. Needless to say, I only had one sectional for my festival and I was not happy.

I bought an office chair (PHI VILLA Ergonomic PU Leather Modern 360° Swivel Executive Office Chair with Massage Lumbar Support) in April. Within a couple months, one arm of the chair had broken off. I tried to contact the store to arrange for a return, but could not find a contact phone number. I looked all over their website unsuccessfully. I sent an email to their customer service on July 4. I even included my phone number. I have never received a response to my email.
