Where to begin: I had always wanted a Hummer and so for Christmas my wonderful husband found me one and purchased it... I have NEVER in my life cried over a vehicle so often. It has been a nightmare. We were of course drug through the ringer while trying to work the deal but at the end of the day I was excited and we thought, as they promised, we were getting a good deal. I have had the vehicle for two months now and have only actually driven it about a week and half out of all that time. The remainder of the time it was back and forth to their dealership with issues and in and out of their garage. I have contacted them repeatedly and have requestedthem to please let us bring the vehicle back, in much better shape than it was sold to us as we have put over $1000 (that is just OUR out of pocket expense and does not include the warranty company expense) and let us get a different vehicle. Instead of being at all concerned with the extensive amount of mechanical issues this vehicle has, and should not have been sold period, all I was told was that they didnt make any money from me on the vehicle but that the would do me good by offering me KBB trade in value for the vehicle (which they say is $7000 less than the purchase price from two months before) and give me a good deal on something else. They wanted to speak with the mechanic who has worked on the vehicle over and over to confirm that what I was saying was the actual truth and then when they receive their confirmation, they still do not care and only repeatedly state that they didnt make any money from selling it to me. We ALL know that is a LIE, no dealership would sell a vehicle for less than what they paid for it, they think we are idiots! I just cant believe and am so disgusted in the way business is conducted there. BEWARE and DO NOT purchase a vehicle from here. Trust me, save your money! You will end up paying over and over for repairs! Oh and the lovely warranty company they use, they charge a deductible fee EVERY time you have an issue, so even if it didnt leave the shop but the shop found something else wrong, you will have to pay multiple deductible fees, or as they say, just like a co pay when you go to the dr, every time anything is needed there is a fee. BS! SHAK is a horrid person who yells at customers and talks down to them as if they are meaningless idiots! Terrible terrible business and hope to save as many people as I can before it is too late. USAA has been notified as well and I will remain in contact with them as well as taking necessary legal actions. This is the thanks Alpha gives to our men and women who serve our country, as USAA trusted dealers, by selling them damaged, hidden damages I will say as well, broke vehicles just to turn around and say, well I didnt make any money off of you so you can maybe go sell it to Carmax and then come back here and buy something else. What a joke! I just couldnt believe my ears! BEWARE, again BEWARE, do NOT purchase from Alpha Motorsports! Please see others reviews as well... Trust us!
