I was a subscriber of Alpha shark Andrew Keene via money map press and quickly realized he was using delayed quotes. He shows his demo platform on Think or Swim Ameritrade and there is a function where you can pick delayed vs real time quotes. So whenever there was a large move in options, he could magically enter the trade before the move. When subscribers complained he said that it was their fault and they needed a wireless mouse or subscribe to another one of his scanners. He also blamed network delays but in the end he trading prowess was not because he was prescient but because he used real time quotes to find his trades and showed the audience his great trades using delayed quotes.
