I have had an extremely frustrating experience with Alpine Home Medical Equipment due to their deceptive billing practices and lack of accountability. I purchased a CPAP machine under a 10-month contract, where the total cost was to be covered through insurance and co-pays, ensuring it would be paid in full before September 2024. Despite this, I have continued to receive incorrect bills via mail, email, and phone calls, long after the payments should have been completed.
I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue, including working extensively with my insurance company, which has escalated the matter to their highest level without success. During a joint call with my insurance provider, Alpine Home Medical acknowledged their mistake and promised to provide a corrected paid-in-full statement and refund for the overcharges—but they have failed to follow through.
Their lack of responsiveness, deceptive billing, and failure to honor their agreement have resulted in countless wasted hours on my end, as well as unnecessary stress. If you are considering doing business with Alpine Home Medical, beware of potential billing disputes and poor customer service. I strongly advise against using their services unless you want to fight for accurate billing and chase them for refunds that are rightfully owed.

The product is fine, but everything else after the sale is absolutely horrible, deceptive and borderline criminal.
