The whole management / organization is driven by greeds & money they've been asking more & more fees from investor clients non-stop! They will not confirm your funds withdrawal & release it it doesn't matter how much you have paid them many fees due to greed & possessiveness! The company & upper management have certain attitude. They believe they earn more fees if the bitcoins price goes up! They have no mercy towards humankind, and they don't know their due diligence responsibilities to protect their clients interest as a crypto trading brokerage firm! I am very disappointed with all my time, money and high level of my good energy to deal with them since May 2022! They've been holding my bitcoins asset until today - Thanksgiving day 11/28/2024! And still don't want to let go to confirm my withdrawal request & release my funds! - 9.6 bitcoins that I deserve from their trading services! It has been long enough for me to stand up for my rights today!

They are really giving me a hard time by saying "no 3rd party involved on my withdrawals"! Today I am seeing many bad reviews on this sitejabber & google reviews recommended by ChatGPT! I will disclose their behaviors of greed & possessiveness at Coinpedia, BitTrust and Trustpilot shortly today so that they will learn to change / adapt themselves to practice a good business in cryptocurrency investment with ethics & goodness, to treat US investor clients the right way! I have been taken advantage of by them since 2022, my family was being crippled financially by them! The upper management member is wicked person in human form + their Board of Directors they are the one who's been holding my 9.6 bitcoins to against me for more fees! It's never enough to demand for more fees from customers, and it is long enough for my funds withdrawal to be confirmed & released ASAP! If they're still not willing to confirm my withdrawals I will visit an Attorney General office in state of GA next week after this Thanksgiving holidays. I shall disclose everything how they have been treating a female investor like me! 😭🥵
