I took a chance and bought some "Oakley" antifog spray & 2 weeks later recieved some generic spray instead with all French instructions. I spoke with them and they apoligized for the "warehouse error" and said i could send it back. When i sent it back, I only got a partial refund for 95% the item cost and they did NOT refund the $8.99 for shipping. So they profited off me after trying the bait and switch routine and now wont respond to me. I could have bought this generic brand from Amazon for half the price and free shipping. I just looked at their website and theyre still advertising falsely! DO NOT TRUST THEM
ON MY PHONE CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION, ALTITUDE SPORTS DID NOT STATE POLICY ON A PARTIAL REFUND A 9% OF PURCHASE PRICE, ON RETURN UNSATISFACTORY MERCHANDISE. VERY DISAPPOINTING, GOING FORWARD I WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
I bought mountaineering boots from this website. They were on sale for $300 so I purchased The North Face Summit Series Breithorn FUTURELIGHT boots. The order was placed over two weeks ago and said to arrive on July 10th. However, the delivery service postponed it to July 11th for unknown reasons. The delivery said it would arrive at 1:00 PM. Unfortunately, they delayed it to before 9:00PM. Then it was delayed AGAIN to 2:45PM today, it didn't arrive and was delayed further to an unknown time.
So AS finally wrote back to offer me a $25 credit to address my concerns. However, when I went to order a pair of socks with the credit I was told shipping would cost $22. Uh, no thanks.
I bought 2 pairs of Karpos shorts and had contacted Karpos about sizing. Despite their recommendation the shorts didn't fit. They were sent in two separate packages. I returned shorts and am being billed by Altitude Sports for 2 x shipping. Rep said nothing they can do. Really? I won't shop there again.
I ordered item on Nov 26th. On 27th got email it's ready to ship. Now, 11days later no email, no package. After calling customer service, I was told to wait 5 business days for an answer where is my item… this is unacceptable in my opinion, to wait a week? For an answer? Before Christmas? Apparently this is the way they are scamming people. Be aware! So my solution to this terrible business and btw they are not a member of BBB for a reason, is calling Visa, cancel my charge and call it a day :) I wish I read the reviews of this company before!
We can recognize the quality of customer service when a situation or a customer has a problem with an order. Obviously Altitude Sport and its logistics contractor Intelcom don't get the passing grade.
My order has been immobilized in a distribution center in Quebec since November 19. (12 days)

-3 call attempts, 40 minute wait each!
-after 30 minutes of waiting with Intelcom customer service, it is not possible to know what will happen to my order, a follow-up will be done within 48 hrs! (customer experiences at Intelcom are abominable and well known to people who have had a problem with them)
-the discussion today which was cordial and polite but firm for a refund request since you have no idea what is happening with my order is ended by the representative who '' hung up on the nose''.

If I could give 0 star, I would! Terrible customer service. I ordered from Altitude Sport last week and expected my shipment to be delivered to me last week as well. But the shipment keeps getting delayed and delayed. Until now the expected delivery date is Friday. I am leaving Toronto for good on Saturday and given the stituation, I am afraid that my package wouldnt be delivered to me on time. I contacted Altitude Sport and they did absolutely nothing to help me. I demanded to cancel my order but they refused while stating that it is not their policy to do that. I am very upset with the way they handle the situation. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Absolutely useless store. The SALE deal is a scam, they just want you to buy in bulk so if you buying a singlejacket on 40% sale, ITS NOT A TRUE DEAL. They will return the item.
On Nov 26th Black Friday I ordered a pair of boots as a Christmas present for my family member. They were to arrive Dec 4th. I called the courier Intelcom immediately and a second time where they confirmed that they sent them back to Altitude stating the package was damaged. This was a month ago. Today is Dec 29th and after 5 phone calls and 6 emails to Altitude Sports I was told a different story that the address was missing when the address was clearly on the Order form. Each email and phonecall Altitude stated that they will investigate but I still have no update or package. This was supposed to be a Christmas present and I had nothing to give my family member. I am so frustrated and angry and disgusted at the inaction and irresponsibility of this company. They did nothing! The last time I called they said they could issue a refund. I bought the boots at a discount due to Black Friday and where does this leave me? That's all they could say? This is how they treat customers? This ruined my Christmas for I had no present, got stressed calling and emailing with no action or update and all they can say is to issue me a refund? Altitude is saying it's still with the courier when the courier is saying they sent it back a month ago? Who is lying here? I will NEVER buy anything from this company ever again after this terrible experience! Where is my package and why isn't anyone helping me with this? Even the Supervisor emailed me with no update or proper explanation. I am SO fed up with this! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!

This is the worst shopping experience I have had in my 20 years living in North America. My order was confirmed, my credit card charged, and an email informed me of the day to expect my order and that an email with shipping details would be coming shortly. The email with shipping details never came. However, I assumed that the order had been shipped because my credit card was charged. The delivery date came and went without any further communication.
The first customer service representative I texted with two days after I was supposed to have received the order (I did give them some leeway) assured me that the order would be shipped shortly. A retraction followed up and I was told to email their customer service instead. 3 emails and 4 days later, I am yet to receive a response. For several days, I kept texting with their customer service without being able to get a straight answer on the status of my order. I repeatedly asked for the order to be canceled if it hadn't been shipped but they refused and asked me to email them instead. So, I was in a Catch-22 - I didn't know whether the order left their warehouse or not, thus unable to purchase the items elsewhere. Four days later, the representative I texted with finally gave me the answer I needed - my order was never shipped. They also repeatedly refused to cancel the order and refund me because their system would not allow them to do that.
I ordered winter clothes for my child and I did take the shipping info into careful consideration when I bought the items. So, the delay was very unwelcome to say the least. The inability of customer service to provide a clear answer on the status of my order, let alone resolve the issue, for nearly a week speaks for itself. Finally, charging the customer's credit card before the order has been shipped in an unusual practice. I'll be buying the items I need from the local mall, at any price I can find because the winter is here. Having to contest a charge through my credit card just adds to the huge time expense dealing with the company I've already faced. If you value your time and buy clothes for the season, don't buy from Altitude Sports.
