I was tired of outsourcing my dvd replication to a company that was charging me $1.74 per disc and so decided to buy my own DVD replication machine from amamax and within just a few months was making more money than before. I do wish they had an option of an extended waranty as I am abusing the heck out of my machine but the product is solid and working wonderfully.

They shipped me a hard drive with a broken connection plate. I returned it to them and they charged me a 20% restocking fee. I have sent many emails back and forth with them and they are refusing to give me a full refund. This is FRAUD. This is THEFT. This is ILLEGAL. I am trying to reach Amazon about this and will file a lawsuit if necessary. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!

Garbage. Sold me junk and made me pay shipping to return a defective item. They need to work on their quality control, customer service, and return policy.

Amamax is a good company my product came fast and it works great I will be ordering with this company again good buying experience...

Got some charging cables for my lg phone work nice would buy more later if I need them.

This item – Bestduplicator BD-LG-1T 1 Target 24x SATA DVD Duplicator with Built-in LG Burner – was defective. The company, AMAMAX, required return postage AND charged a restocking fee for the return of this DEFECTIVE product. So, to return the DEFECTIVE DVD DUPLICATOR, it cost me $41.75 POSTAGE and $22.50 RESTOCKING fee totaling $64.25, which is MORE THAN ONE THIRD THE ORIGINAL COST! I STRONGLY recommend buying a similar product from another, more reputable, company! Amazon is DOING NOTHING to resolve this issue!
