“Publication contractor apparently has ghosted us and kept our money”

Our nonprofit had to cancel our publication plan before amazonpublicationexperts had received any material from us but after we had paid a deposit on the contract. We have sent a written request for a refund, as well as several online and voicemail requests. It has been over two weeks, and we have received no responses and no refund.
