I spent my whole lunch hour trying to get a copy of my card so I could be scene at an urgent care. The one guy said it's going to take at least 24 hours before he could email a copy of my card. I told him I had to have it now he said as soon as I get off the phone I'll send it to you. He lied. Then I called back and talked to a female and she said it was going to take 7 to 10 business days to get a copy of my card. Does anybody know what's going on over there? Wasted my whole lunch hour trying to be seen in Urgent Care. What the hell is the matter with you folks? I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy because it's not worth it. Can't be seen pissing blood can't be seen because y'all got your head up your $#*!. I believe I'm getting treated this way because of the review I gave him the last time. Where do you find these clowns? Why aren't they trained with the same info? Each agent had different information. I can't use this insurance because the people are too ignorant to help me get in to see a doctor. What a good insurance if you can't use it
I was lied to when I signed up for the insurance plan through ambutter period I walk through my policy and found that I was responsible for 50% of my emergency room cost period why would I have cheap insurance if I could pay for half of my ER bills? That doesn't make a lot of sense so I tried to change my plan and I no longer can change my plan after being frauded by the person who signed me app for this account period I've been on the phone all morning since 8 AM it's 911. Beware of purchasing or signing up for ambetter peachcare health insurance. They lied to me, and now they can't change my policy after sticking me in a policy that I can't afford to pay half of my emergency room visits and then includes doctors anesthesiologist period I would pay more in 50% of those fees than I would for insurance all year period what a joke period no I can't reach anybody that can fix this Issue. It's like Let's go brandon!

I record all of my phone calls and I have proof of being frauded into this Policy.
