I flew home May 8th and my car was to be picked up on the 8th or 9th of May. Each week I am being told "they are working on it". My grand daughter did not get her birthday present because it is still in car along with all my summer clothes and shoes, etc. Each week has been the same answer, but today they added, because of the holiday (this is only Wednesday) it may be longer! They promised 3 day delivery, although last week they said, for sure this week, now this week is a holiday. This is the 21st of May, on the day of pickup, they took 2 other cars going to the same state, easy for them, they were happy to have 2 in same lot going to same state, why not mine also? When I mentioned that to them the say REALLY? Wow! So I am still waiting for my car, only one girl calls and says the same thing, she may as well just turn a recording on when they finally do call you, you never actually get a person to answer first time you call them. They really suck so bad, and I am so pissed off. It really does hurt when I can not give my grand children the things I have gotten for them. At least my husband flew his clothes home!
