I originally ordered blinds in a ruby color. After a month long delay I inquired about the delay. I was informed they were out of stock and it could be another month. I cancelled it and switched to another color which arrived in a timely manner and look fine. I was disappointed I was not informed of the delay until I was the one who had to make the inquiry. You should be more proactive in letting your customer know what is happening. I am otherwise very satisfied with blinds I have now received.

I paid for blinds 21/2 months ago. I still no idea when they will be here. Tracking shows Fed Ex has not received the product, only a label. Finally got through to a person, who admitted that the "American blinds" were order in China and they must still be on a boat. I have no idea when the will ever come. Maybe next year?

I honestly do not know where you could improve!
It is rare, I know, but I think your site is user friendly, delivery was super quick and your follow-up is fantastic.
Maybe advertise more?
This is the second large order in say 3or 4 years for me.
I have you on my favorites, but I can't recall seeing adverts from you anywhere, so I guess that is something.
I will forward this to some friends,

Perfection! I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

-American Blinds and Wallpaper confirmed measurements before starting project
-Order was processed and shipped very quickly
-Packaging was so secure that the Queen's jewels would've been safe in there
-Easy installation

I absolutely love the top down/bottom up shades that I ordered from American Blinds! They are wonderful! While the customer service representative initially made a mistake with the order, I was very pleased that he took responsibility for the mistake right away. And your team worked very efficiently to send me the correct product in a very timely manner.

This is the third time I have ordered from American Blinds, and I am super satisfied. I will continue to refer you to family and friends. Thanks!

I ordered blinds and the order is wrong. I have called them everyday for the past 5 days. Either the wait is over one hour or they have closed early. If you work for a living and you receive a call back you can't take the call. There is no email address to contact this company. The guy Kenneth on Chat didn't like my Response of "that figures" so he ended the Chat and I couldn't tell him what the problem with the blinds are.

After ordering two sets of double rolls the finished product was horrendous. The seams show and there is no way to fix this. They wouldn't credit me anything back. Now I have to pay someone to rip it down and paint. More money down the drain. I didn't do the job myself and had very experienced people hang it. They tried to convince me otherwise. Don't use this company!

Our blinds were ordered in July 2019. The 7 blinds were delivered with outside mount valances, not the inside mount valances that were ordered. Since then we have talked to a variety of American Blinds employees that have promised to ship the correct valances. It's now December 2,2019 and we are still waiting! I would NEVER order from American Blinds again and recommend you do avoid them like the plague.

You produce a good quality product with good instructions. My husband and I are both over 75 yoa and we did both inside and outside installs on 8 blinds without any help and they fit very nicely. One of your employees talked at length with me about ordering. I placed my order online but it would not accept my measurement for one double window so I called and talked to the same lady that I had talked with before. She straightened out my order but had to create a second order number. Very professional in every way. I just wish I had known she would have received more if I had called in my whole order to her. Someday I would like to order some more blinds but my budget won't allow it anytime in the near future. Thanks again for such a good product.

I have just bought blinds for almost every window in the house and it was the best experience I've had shopping on line in a long time. No hassle, no problems. The only problem was me, I forgot 2 windows. Have to get those ordered. The guys were a lot of fun to talk to also. No pressure, no problems.

I have been purchasing window coverings from AB for years and years. I love the wide selection offered. The website is easy to use. I have gotten color samples a few times, which makes a decision The customer service is super. I never shop anywhere else, when I need a shade or blinds.

The only one thing that I would change, would be to have you come and install them! LOL. Seriously, I was able to use the screw holes that were already there, so it went up effortlessly. So there is nothing else I would change – I love everything about your product and service. I have been buying your blinds for years – and leaving them behind in the house when we sell it and then buying new ones at the new house! LOL

The blinds are great but they do not honor the Love It for Less Guarantee. I placed an order and found it for less before my purchase was completed (item not even shipped to me at that point) and they would not honor their policy. Additionally the satisfaction guarantee and policy related to measurement is far less customer friendly than their competition. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I will be replacing blinds for other windows in my house in the near future and will avoid this company for their weak customer service policies and lack of follow-through on the existing policies.

I can't think of a thing we are extremely happy with our service and product. We recommend your company to everyone we know. When we go to buy our window coverings your place is where we go. Once we did some comparison the other place lost out YOU WON! Thank you so much for your products we are a VERY HAPPY customer. The fit, the color you can't bet them, perfect.:-)

I ordered a rolling shade that was about 7-ft in wide, and 5-ft high. The shade needed to fit an inside mount, which means there was very little margin of error. I measured four times so that I was sure the shade was going to fit because I didn't want to have to deal with a return. The online ordering experience was very thorough, the process covered all the options that a non-expert person would need to consider. After the order, I received updates on the delivery status. The shade arrived, and was packaged in a tube that prevented any type of shipping damage. The directions to hang the shade were very clear, and to my satisfaction, the shade fit & functions perfectly, and does an amazing job of darkening the room.

The blinds were delivered on time and everything checked out ok.
I installed the blinds and we are very pleased with the result. So much so, we will probably be ordering a couple more for our other bedrooms in the near future.

I purchased vinyl wallpaper from americanblinds.com, and I am ecstatic about the quality and appearance of the paper. The website gave me a very extensive choice of papers, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Other websites that I had visited did not have nearly the variety of papers available that American Blinds does. The pictures of the paper were very true to the actual paper that I received. I used the vinyl wallpaper to replace old and deteriorating vinyl wallpaper in our vintage Airstream travel trailer. One of the walls was in the shower, so it being waterproof was very important. Your staff provided excellent advice on how to prepare that wall and paper for my particular special application so that I could ensure the "waterproofness" and prevent mildew. The newly papered walls in the trailer look beautiful! I am very pleased with the results and would certainly recommend American Blinds to anyone looking for great wallpaper.

It's been 20 days since I placed an order, so I call today to find out the status. I've been told my order will be shipped today! It takes 20 days to ship an item? There were no notifications to me at all so I just think they forgot about it.
Let's see what I am going to get...

This is probably the best company I have worked with as far as their Customer Service goes... their products are great as well... whenever there is anything I need, it is just a simple email to the company and there is a reply very quickly and the matter concerned is taken care of right away... always very pleasant on the phone or through email as well... thanks American Blinds!

Ordered these blinds and the estimated ship date 12 days after my purchase date. Ok--Understandable--I still had time to arrange for installation at my new home prior to moving in. The ship date came and went, and I contacted them as I hadn't received any tracking information from them. I got in touch with them and they said it was going to be 1 week after the estimated ship date before it was sent out. Needless to say, they will not be here in time for installation. You would have thought 3 weeks would have been long enough. There is no telling that what they will send is accurate after reading the other reviews...

I ordered shades for two very big windows on Feb 10 of 2010 and today is March 4-not shipped yet. Called the company and they told me that "Bali" is behind the schedule and the order will be shipped on March 12. I called Bali and they told me that my order was on hold by Americanblinds.com until March 2- the day when I checked my order status. But, of course, they charged my credit card on Feb 10. They just use your money until you loose your patience.
Before I got my shades through Blindsgalore.com and it was done and delivered within 7 days. Wanted to save some $$ and switched to Americanblinds.com - don't do this mistake-dont order with Americanblinds.com.
