I originally ordered blinds in a ruby color. After a month long delay I inquired about the delay. I was informed they were out of stock and it could be another month. I cancelled it and switched to another color which arrived in a timely manner and look fine. I was disappointed I was not informed of the delay until I was the one who had to make the inquiry. You should be more proactive in letting your customer know what is happening. I am otherwise very satisfied with blinds I have now received.
I paid for blinds 21/2 months ago. I still no idea when they will be here. Tracking shows Fed Ex has not received the product, only a label. Finally got through to a person, who admitted that the "American blinds" were order in China and they must still be on a boat. I have no idea when the will ever come. Maybe next year?

I wanted to tell you how happy we are with our blinds from American Blinds. We first purchased blinds for one room in our home from a local hardware store. Those blinds for one room, cost me more than the blinds I bought for two rooms from American Blinds. I kick myself for not checking you guys out first. If I need any more blinds for my home, I WILL be buying them from American Blinds online. Thank you for offering a quality product at a reasonable price.-

The absolute BEST prices! Fast shipment, unsurpassed selection, great communication. We have been using this company for many years... I bought from them decades ago when they were "Decorate Today.com". This is the sixth home and I have used them for all my window needs. Would like to have a clear plastic handle mounted in the center of the cordless blinds to help pull down or raise blinds. Currently use two hands to pull down blinds with my arthritic hands.
I talked to an associate, measured for my blinds, and ordered them, thinking it would be a great experience. I did not measure properly, without proper guidance, and my blinds did not fit. When I talked to them about returning them, they suggested I donate them to a charity and order new ones from them with a slight discount that was about the price i originally paid. Never, never, never use them.
I have called them 4 times about the delivery. Each time they say say they are in customs and about to be released I ordered them on July 4 and they were supposed to be deliver by July 13. Still waiting. Go elsewhere!
I bought expensive triple cell insulated blinds with a white header. In less than a year I have had to replace all four of them and a double blind for the sliding glass door. They replaced the four blinds (sunroom) with single cell blinds, without the insulation and a very thin light weight blind. The real kicker is they don't care and will do nothing about it. I bought the triple cell blinds because of the sun and for winter months. Very disappointed in this company. I have bought blinds from them for the last 20 years, they have reduced the quality of their blinds, the warranty, customer service. I no longer will recommend them to clients.

I recently ordered faux wood blinds from American Blinds and am totally satisfied. My husband couldn't believe how nice they were and the price was great. The blinds were the correct size and I was able to put them up myself, other than having him help hold up the larger one. I would recommend American Blinds to anyone!

We love the blinds and we couldn't beat the prices. Additionally, the service we received was impeccable. I worked with a Design Consultant, who could not have been more helpful, courteous or professional. Additionally, I had several exchanges with various Customer Service Specialists, who were each so helpful, warm and friendly and the timeliness of their follow-up w/me was excellent.
We had a very pleasant experience and would certainly refer other business to American Blinds.
After placing an order with this company and it taking over a month to come in and when it did come in they were the wrong size. I called to see what could be done and all they could tell me was that "they were custom orders they couldn't do anything about it." They recommended me to sell them on ebay or amazon. $200 on blinds is alot of money and not a lot of people are ready to spend that during this time. Me and my husband both looked at the order before it was placed and it was correct. They offered to make the blinds again for us, but if placing the order the first time was wrong why risk another $200.

I had a wonderful experience with American Blinds. I have read many of their reviews and agree that this company has excellent customer service. They went way out of their way to be sure that the additional wallpaper I purchased was exactly the same run I had previousl purchased so I wouldn't have any matching problems. As a returning customer I will say your website instructions are easy when taking measurements, the color of the shade exact, installation was easy, no issues with how it fit and emailing the installation instructions saved a tree!
I think the best part of this last purchase is the privacy it affords us on a busy suburban street and at the same time allows the natural light to come in.
Last, your Carrier could do a better job keeping their tracking records current... that was the only issue I had (no fault of yours) and that was only because I was anxioius for the order lol.

We were very pleased with our recent purchase of supaglypta embossed paintable wallpaper. It was used to create a decorative inset on our dining room ceiling, which we finished with trim. The effect is that of a tin panel treatment which fits the style of our 1865 farm style house. Great product with very fast production and delivery! It was initially very confusing when nondiscounted price came up when I was trying to place my order, and I actually exited the site without ordering the first time around. However, I was able to eventually able to get it sorted out.
