I originally ordered blinds in a ruby color. After a month long delay I inquired about the delay. I was informed they were out of stock and it could be another month. I cancelled it and switched to another color which arrived in a timely manner and look fine. I was disappointed I was not informed of the delay until I was the one who had to make the inquiry. You should be more proactive in letting your customer know what is happening. I am otherwise very satisfied with blinds I have now received.
I paid for blinds 21/2 months ago. I still no idea when they will be here. Tracking shows Fed Ex has not received the product, only a label. Finally got through to a person, who admitted that the "American blinds" were order in China and they must still be on a boat. I have no idea when the will ever come. Maybe next year?
Took to long to ship last order, sent wrong size (their fault) sent correct blind top center blind sagged, said they would fix it for 50.00. Buyer beware.
Actually, everything about my order was very good. Ordering was easy, the blinds came in as expected and in reasonable time. I would definitely use American Blinds again!

So far I'm not impressed. I ordered on line on 09/11 and tried to pay for 2 day shipping but when I clicked on this selection it changed my order to flooring (? I was ordering wallpaper!), so I stuck with standard delivery. I then called on 09/14 to check the status and was on hold for 20+ minutes, I finally decided to enter my number in order for them to call me back in the order my call was received. They called me back over an hour later. I was told that my order had been shipped that Friday (9/13). I thought, "Great!" However on Tuesday (09/17), I received an email that my order was been shipped 09/18 and I would receive a confirmation soon. I emailed back expressing my confusion and concern with this information. I received a return email apologizing but that there was nothing they could do to speed up delivery. So now it's 09/21 and I still have not received an email with a tracking number as I was told I would on 09/17 AND I checked my order status online and it states my order still has not shipped! I'm hoping that is incorrect and my order is on its way since we have rescheduled our contractor. If this information is correct, my rating will drop to 0 stars!
Blinds were as I expected. Was a little damage to the finish that I had to go and try to color match. Was a little disappointed in that.

I would like to take a second and let you know that your customer service works like it should. I was having trouble with getting the code in that you have given me for the discount on my next order, and on Saturday I spoke with a Brandon who was as good a customer rep that I have ever spoken with. He tried several different things to help me complete the order but in the end because it was a weekend and his restrictions it couldn't be taken care of, but when I got off the phone I felt like the problem would be resolved and he care and concern were real. On Monday I called and spoke with a lady in customer service and I didn't get her name I am sorry to say, because she was the best. She took care of my order and when I was having problems with getting the order done she took all the information and got me on the road to probably more work than I really want to do but my wife says I will do. And we know who wins those arguments. So if you would thank you customer service team for going above and beyond for me and to let you know whatever you are dong is working.
