I originally ordered blinds in a ruby color. After a month long delay I inquired about the delay. I was informed they were out of stock and it could be another month. I cancelled it and switched to another color which arrived in a timely manner and look fine. I was disappointed I was not informed of the delay until I was the one who had to make the inquiry. You should be more proactive in letting your customer know what is happening. I am otherwise very satisfied with blinds I have now received.
I paid for blinds 21/2 months ago. I still no idea when they will be here. Tracking shows Fed Ex has not received the product, only a label. Finally got through to a person, who admitted that the "American blinds" were order in China and they must still be on a boat. I have no idea when the will ever come. Maybe next year?
I wouldn't change one thing about the service or product (wallpaper) that I purchased from this company. The wallpaper cost considerably less than the price I was given at the local store in my area. As a result, I was able to get 2 day delivery and the product at an extremely reasonable price. I would be happy to do business with American blinds again!

We just installed the solar blinds at our lake house this weekend and they look great and I think they will help keep the heat out. The service was good and everything was prompt, efficient and made correctly.
I did talk to two different customer service reps that gave me different advice on solar shades versus roller blades that are room darkening so I wasn't completely clear on which way to go. I need to order 3 more shades and think this time I will order room darkening roller blades because these window have a lot more heat from the sun coming through.
I would recommend American Blinds. I like the fact I got samples quickly so I can see the material.
We ordered all of our 2" faux wood blinds on American Blinds. When our dog chewed several slats on our large living room blind, I decided to order a new one. Then, our dog chewed on the second one! I decided to call their Customer Service to see if I could just buy one replacement slat, as he had only chewed one slat this time. They immediately said they could do that, sent me instructions on how to make measurements for the new slat, and also sent me new instructions to install the new slat. During all of this correspondence through email, I received emails back from them right away. The gentleman told me it would take 2 days for him to receive a price back from the factory for the slat, and 2 days later he emailed first thing in the morning. Everything was very prompt, and now the slat should be here any day! This was the best customer service that I received from a company in a while!

I have used American Blinds on several occasions for many years. I have found you very easy to order, the person taking my order makes me feel they are taking their time to make sure the order is correct and I have measured correctly. Now I have never had to call back to return something so I don't know if you have an automated service for that. I would prefer to talk to a human from the first answering of the phone. Heard from American Blinds and was told that I would always get a person to talk to.
I had no problem with the customer service replacing the blinds. I thought the process was slow, it was still about 2 1/2 weeks for delivery but the blinds were packed individually and well packed. I still do not think I would order from them again. I think the company is in China. I feel I can get better service here.
I ordered blinds from them previously for another house and the blinds and delivery were wonderful. I just moved and ordered four new blinds and I waited three weeks. When they finally arrived they were just thrown in an oversized box. The pulls were not secured, the blinds not wrapped and all the blinds were so tangled we could not even get them out of the box. There was not one piece of packing material in the box. One blind was bent and scratched and another did not go up and down. I can say their customer service was good. They agreed to replace the two blinds but it will be another 3 weeks. I will see the condition when they arrive when I finally get them on August 1. I first ordered on June 14. A long time to wait to get four blinds. I would not order from them again although in the past they were good. Must have sold the company.
Found exactly what we were looking for! Very affordable. Great service.
Received the shipment. Upon inspection, noticed the wooden tilt wand was broken. Also noticed the other tilt wand was bowed. I notified American Blinds and they shipped a replacement. The replacement wand was also broken. On the phone again requesting another replacement. Very frustrating.

ordered a blind over a month ago, the delivery date was suppose to be 2 weeks ago. checking today to see what the progress is, and their website said it has not even been made, and they are blaming it on covid. which is fine, but there has been no communication from the company on this. so not happy with this, and they have my money.

Ordered specific replacement size blinds to fit windows. Received blinds 1/2 narrower than ordered. They will replace therm at a discount. Why should I pay twice for them to get it right?

Very good to excellent. After I submitted the order for 3 blinds, I received a request from the company for verification of an inconsistency noted on the headrails of two blinds slated for installation in the same room. Turns out I had ordered a different model for each window. The personnel at American Blinds saved me having to return mismatched blinds by making the effort to have me recheck my order. Wow, who does that these days? American Blinds does.
I love the wallpaper, the prices were fair, and I received it in time to complete the work on my house. All questions were answered via email. I will order again. This is a very good company, they are responsive and my wallpaper is beautiful!
I have bought cellular shades for many windows and the customer service has been excellent. I love all my blinds but when I had a problem with one blind my e-mail was answered the same day and the problem was resolved by the second day. Every person I have spoken to or corresponded with by e-mail with was extremely courteous and effective. I will definitely go back to American Blinds.com when I need blinds or shades again.

We love our new blackout blinds. They keep the room cool in the summer and keep the cold out in the winter. They cost about half as much as some brands but are a high end quality. Very happy with our purchase!

We absolutely love your company and have had nothing but positive experiences when dealing with you. All of our blinds have been of the highest quality, with the exception of the last top/down, bottom/up shade that we ordered but you replaced it without hesitation and the replacement works perfectly!
There isnt one thing I can think of that you can do to improve your service its fantastic! We remain loyal customers and were passing your discount coupon along to our daughter who has just started building her first house.

Just installed 7 blinds I ordered from American Blinds. I ordered the triple cell pleated cordless blinds. They took about 3 weeks to come which was reasonable as the are made to your own specifications. I have seen other triple cell blinds which were much heavier and thicker. I need them for insulation in my sunroom. These are flimsy and not as thick as the single cell ones I was replacing. 3 of the 7 blinds won't contract all the way or hang further down on one side. They were super easy to install. I had bought blinds from another company and they fit much better than these even though both places had the same measurements. I won't be using American Blinds again.
I have enjoyed my American Blinds. Happy to find you great sale but wish that my double window would be 1/2 off…since I want a single header and 2 different operating sides I guess you only call it a single window. You have great products!
