I originally ordered blinds in a ruby color. After a month long delay I inquired about the delay. I was informed they were out of stock and it could be another month. I cancelled it and switched to another color which arrived in a timely manner and look fine. I was disappointed I was not informed of the delay until I was the one who had to make the inquiry. You should be more proactive in letting your customer know what is happening. I am otherwise very satisfied with blinds I have now received.
I paid for blinds 21/2 months ago. I still no idea when they will be here. Tracking shows Fed Ex has not received the product, only a label. Finally got through to a person, who admitted that the "American blinds" were order in China and they must still be on a boat. I have no idea when the will ever come. Maybe next year?
Easy to find what I want and enter the right size. Happened to be a sale happening which kept me on this site. Hope it keeps going well from here!
Nice blinds, perfect measurements, easy to install, even for a senior citizen.

These blinds are fine, particularly for in inset mount.but the less expensive ones, at least, end up looking rather messy on the top. The brackets remain visible even with the extra clips and slats provided. As an architect I find the double slat look clunky so reduced it to one, but still, it's not a very clean look. That said, for the price, they are fine. I'd work on that top detail, however.
There was an error on my first order. It was technically my fault, but on a tiny detail that didnt show up on the order confirmations so I couldn't know till I tried to mount them and the tops were very different. I had to re-order out of pocket. Not thrilled by that, but it was technically, my mistake. The customer service rep was rather dismissive about it.
We replaced one blind in a room that had two, but one broke — after 7 years. I tried to match it as close as possible as we couldn't afford to buy two new ones. It looks pretty good considering different make. It will work.

Took a phone call to great customer service agent to figure out how to put the blinds up. After figuring it out it was fine. Don't like the cord on the backside of the blinds.

That said... Only one of the blinds is able to tip up. Turning the rod on 2 of them seems way too tight and feels like it moght break.
