I originally ordered blinds in a ruby color. After a month long delay I inquired about the delay. I was informed they were out of stock and it could be another month. I cancelled it and switched to another color which arrived in a timely manner and look fine. I was disappointed I was not informed of the delay until I was the one who had to make the inquiry. You should be more proactive in letting your customer know what is happening. I am otherwise very satisfied with blinds I have now received.
I paid for blinds 21/2 months ago. I still no idea when they will be here. Tracking shows Fed Ex has not received the product, only a label. Finally got through to a person, who admitted that the "American blinds" were order in China and they must still be on a boat. I have no idea when the will ever come. Maybe next year?
Your website is very easy to use and made ordering a very quick and easy process. Our blinds were delivered as promised and the quality is excellent. The measurements are exactly as requested.

I have been shopping American Blinds since 1996 I wouldn't Buy anywhere else! NO store, no other online Company! The customer service is Superb! The products are top Quality. I have used them for 5 homes.
This is an email I wrote in response to ABS asking how I liked or disliked their Comp. And service. Below is My actual email response! I hope it is helpful to others!
Hi Sean: Received your email asking if I had any suggestions of something that I might like to see changed on your service or product and Honestly No! I have been dealing with ABS since 1996. I have done 5 of my own homes with your products more then once, lol plus a few of my customers whose Kitchens and baths we have redone, they ordered their window treatments from you with no problems! Please don't ever change your customer service! I tell everyone aside from the fact I have never had one mistake or problem with the appearance or measurements I gave you, if I was missing a bracket or something stupid, I call and Immediately I received what I needed in a few days! Also I have had some Bali shades whose tassles broke, I called and in a week I had replacement cords! You stand by what you sell and please don't ever slack on that service. I stress your customer service to my customers!

I ordered the blinds and forgot the valences. I tried to order them, was told I had to wait for the person to contact the company and that they would get back to me. They never did. The blinds are great but they look unfinished.
I let them know what happened and was told to wait for them to contact me with a solution. They didn’t contact me.

The website was easy to use but Customer Service was great - the power went out when I was placing my order and the Customer Service rep checked to be sure all items were correctly ordered. Quick construction and delivery. Instructions for installation were very clear and easy to follow.
