After looking on the American Drew web site and the parent web site lazy boy I felt confident I was buying a piece of furniture made in the USA, as well as the price tag that I would expect from something made in the USA. When the furniture arrived i discovered it was made in Thailand. I would not have bought it had I know that. I also rejected similar pieces that were 40% less because they were made over seas, at least they were labeled
