I purchased a throttle controller for my 2021 challenger RT hemi. It came in a box which said jeep wrangler. I was concerned so I messaged your company and within five minutes it was resolved and 15 minutes later I installed it and it works fantastic. Thank you.

The feature I love is the 3D mod s that I can go through and see exactly how it will look on my Challenger before I commit to purchasing. It makes it so simple and fun to explore the various modifications avaliable for my car.

Ordering took a few tries before I could complete the order, don't know why but it kept buffering and wouldn't allow me to order. After a few tries I was able to. It did cost me the use of a coupon so I lost some savings there, which brings me to my next issue, the bmr cradle lockout kit. I recently bought the one piece driveshaft and had it installed by my dealership I use. After doing a little research I found that the driveshaft shop who manufactured the driveshaft requires the lockout kit to be installed as well or they won't honor the warranty. American muscle should be aware of this and should let thier customers know about this. I now have to go back to the dealership and drop another 500.00 to get the lockout kit installed.

I haven't actually seen my purchase yet as I haven't opened the boxes. I will try to get my grandson to install them this weekend, and will update accordingly. I'm sure the louvers and rain guards will look great on my Stang!

Ordered cams was told to expect cams by Feb 23-25, on the 23rd checked on my order and tracking changed to "shipping soon" contacted the chat bot and they said the supplier is now expecting to ship in the 27th. Also quit sending me thousands of ads to my email.

Well I thought I'd save a few bucks and get an " open box" item. Nope they sent me the wrong collar rim. I ordered matte black and received a glossy rim. You would think I'd get an replacement rim since the box is labeled matte black and they made the mistake. Nope I have to pay $90 more to get the rim I need and have to buy a center cap they shorted me. They wanted me to pay the shipping return too. Lesson of the day. Don't order open box stuff….

Got these clear side markers for my 18 destroyer grey charger. Goes perfect for it. Getting the rear ones installed requires what's in the steps plus removing the 10mm bolt in the top of the bumper cover, then pull down the tab on the bumper cover and pull our the bumper cover to make installing the side marker light. The brightness and clarity of the lights is really good.

I ordered louvers, the boxing came open. When I tried installing my louvers, the screws that came in it, would get threaded very easily, making it hard not to mess up. If you screw the nuts at an angle, the screw would mess up causing this product not to last a very long time. The screws were very cheap.

I purchased a mcleod clutch and ******* - McLeod Street Extreme Clutch (11-14 GT). I also paid for next day shipping. I purchased it on 2/14/17 and as of 2/16/17. It hasn't arrived. This is the worst next day shipping that I have ever incountered. Didn't even offer to pay for the error on there part for the next day shipping.

I had placed an order for seats, web site says in stock, weeks go by and nothing, called and told me they would be shipped in 3 weeks, 3 weeks go by and nothing, and then I saw a charge for full price on my charge, I called and they said sometimes customers like the charge up front and the seats were going to be another 4 weeks and I said, WTF. I said cancel my order and have a manager call me, 1 week later and still nothing. I will never buy from them!

Told them several times I needed paper receipts on purchases because I don't the ability to make copy's over the internet, they told me they would me mail them to me, which was purchases over a thousand dollars, never got them so I called them and they tell me they don 't have that service.
I told them I would have to find different Mustang aftermarket supplier and they let me know they didn't care.

I got my headlights and taillights in today and I was excited. The attention to detail on the headlights and taillights is amazing. I can't wait to get them on my car and get some photos. They were packaged very nicely and there is no damage to either of them. The support team was also super helpful whenever I had a question they were able to answer it. I spoke to two different agents and they were super amazing one was Brian I believe and the other was Cassie. I was excited about using the "JAN23" coupon of $15 off a $349+ purchase that was expiring yesterday (1/11), but when I made my purchase last night at 10 pm PST, it was no longer valid. Also, I couldn't find how to apply a $5.00 store credit that was shown as available to use. One more thing, I would have bought an open box set of headlight covers, especially because there was a 10% off deal on open box items but when that discount wasn't shown at checkout, I decided not to risk buying it without getting the discount.

I was looking for some running boards for my truck and found carr steps. I put them in my cart and kept looking for something better. I found some westin boards and purchased the set which took a month to recieve. 2 months later i got an email stating my order was shipped and i was charged $410. These people keep your INFO and will charge you! After contacting my bank, new card, and returned my money what a hassle will NEVER order from AM

This is the second time I'm purchasing something from you all, and I'm STOKED. I totaled my old mustang back in 2017, and just recently got a new one, so now I'm able to start modifying it.

I read the reviews and I'm hoping for a better outcome than some have had so hopefully it's improved and won't be as much of a hassle as some have stated!

The axle kit arrived right on scheduled 2 day delivery! The package protected the axles. All parts were included. The only downside was the bag with the bearings, seals and lug studs is made of recycled material filled with shredded material in between layers. I cut the middle of the bag and the shredded material got in the bag and on the bearings. I recommend carefully and completely cutting off the very end of the bag. To remove the tone ring from the old axles I had to soak the tone rings in PB Blaster for 30 minutes then used a torch and a prybar to remove them. Press in the lug studs before installing the tone ring.

The grille with the lights fit perfectly on my ecoboost. The installation instructions were detailed and make sure you turn on the car and the headlights to check the grill lights are working. They will not turn on with just the daylight lights.

I chose the 5" black exhaust tips from Carven for my 2022 Dodge Charger Scatpack Widebody. The fit and finish was extremely good. It was a 15 minute install and required just a 13mm socket. I would highly recommend these tips.
