Been purchasing several parts for my son's 07 mustang who's on a military deployment. Like the selection of add ons and performance parts offered, plus quick shipping! Very satisfied!

American Muscle is by far the worse buying experience for car parts. This time last year I ordered a cold air intake. Said in stock at time of order, weeks go by and still said processing then they tell me it was out of stock and that I should cancel my order and re-order a different one. On a deadline I had to make, I did.
I didn't use them for a year till recently I decided to give them another chance.
I ordered some taillights over two weeks ago that said in stock, and guess what... here we are two weeks later and STILL SAYS PROCESSING.
Try to call and talk to a manager or supervisor and apparently they do not have any so that's probably the reason why their company is down the drain.
I'd rather pay 5x more for decent customer service and a company you can actually rely on.
Pitiful excuse for a company and a horrible representation of Steven Voudouris the company owner.

I have been buying things for my 2012 Mustang GT for a couple years now via American muscle and I have never been disappointed With their customer service! The only time I have ever had issues was not with the company self, but with the actual products from the companies that produced them, but other than that, they have always been there for me, and either a replaced or be refunded the full value, and I love it

Your site clearly stated the Misimoto coolant tank would fit my 2021 GT500. After removing the hoses and stock tank, I realized the new tank would not fit without modifications! Your site should correct this and state it will fit if you're willing to cut the radiator fan shrouding.

My rim arrived quickly and well packaged.

Note: This replica had a larger center cap hole than my OEM rims so original rim center caps will not fit. A different center cap was provided that had the hellcat emblem vs SRT logo.

Great! I do wish I could search for convertible specific body parts (such as spoilers) but no big deal

So basically the site does not specifically provide all the information needed when buying products I ordered lowing springs and no were on the description does it say that it will not fit convertible so basically after I took longer then 30 days to bring it to the shop and they tell me that it won't fit American muscle said sorry but we can't take it back or give you credit pretty sad but now I know to use lmr performance instead because they honor their products no matter how long you have them as long as you don't install them much better website

I cracked the key fob for my Stangladesh and low and behold there was a new key fob cover on the American Muscle web site. So I figured let's try it out. It came in the mail and I was thinking that I would have to disassemble the key fob but, no it clicked right in to place.

Ordered a set of wheels for my 03 mustang. I received all 4 except one of them wasn't in the original packaging. When I opened that specific one the lip to the wheel was damaged. Called customer service and took me almost half my day in order to get my item processed called customer service e at 8am central time and my order was processed until 4pm central time.

Easy on line shopping, fast free delivery for item I bought!

I placed the order on April30th. It was easy to find what I needed for my Mustang. I started to look around a few days ago. I had seen the Roof spoiler before and decided to purchase it to install on my Mustang to dress it up a little to make it mine. On Saturday morning I looked at it and found out it was on sale and came with a 10% off code of SPRING10 that I thought was pretty neat. It was also on that item all day Sunday. I ended up placing the order and when I did I put in the code SPRING10 for the spoiler but it would not work. I tried a number of times. I was not too happy to find that. The order was placed and I will wait to receive it. If you put an item up with a discount code you should honor it. This has happened to me twice since I have purchased with you. There was not an expire date on it either I like your products and will purchase in the future. Hopefully this will not happen again. Thanks

After you purchase an open box item, if you don't get it or for some reason it's not sent. THEY WILL ONLY GIVE YOU STORE CREDIT. I could understand if I got it and returned it. But I never received it.

This is my 3rd order with American Muscle and the 3rd order in a row with shipping issues. The first order I placed had damaged parts from poor boxing of parts. My second order had damaged parts and also had items that were delayed due carrier loosing shipments. I understand it is not necessarily American muscles fault that packages are lost but what is an issue is the way these were dealt with. All that they did was cancel the order, I wasn't even told o had to reorder. Then after calling and discovering that I had to re-order I was not refunded the shipping fees that I had paid (I live in Canada). For my 3rd order which I placed on July 22 (it is August 2) I had 2 lost parts from my shipment and as of this morning I am still waiting for one of the 2 parts to ship. Also the remaining parts that I have on order have still not arrived and looking at the tracking info I have no idea when they will arrive.

Ordered a part that was in stock. Turns out it wasn't. Told me it was at least 12 weeks away. I tried to pick a part that was a bit cheaper then the part that was out of stock and was told I couldn't order that part. Only 1 I could change it for was a part 30% more. After I thought about it for a min I agreed and was told that I would only be charged the difference. Instead of doing that I got charged for the full price of the second part.
Seems like every time I order from them there is an issue. I have also bought drag wheels that don't even fit without spacers.

Took credit card payment on April 28th 2021. Two weeks later i called only to be informed the order will not ship until May 19th, 2021. It is now May 25th and I am told it has not shipped yet but it will ship tomorrow which is the same thing I was told yesterday. Absolutely 0 customer service on the phone.

I requested verification of "pre painted" exterior dress up parts for a 2021 Mustang. I was assured the products were in stock only in "Race Red". I then purchased a Race Red Mustang for a promotional program with my business and ordered the parts letting American Muscle know I needed "immediate shipment". I was promised the parts would ship immediately. 3 days later on the day they were to arrive I found out that only half the parts were shipped and they were shipped 2 days late! Upon calling to investigate, I was told they sold the "held parts" that were also still in the system at the time of my phone call and decided to sit on my order rather than alert me of the problem. I then reordered parts of a different color (no discount offered) so I could have them repainted in time for me to meet my obligations. The cavalier attitude, lack of concern, poor service, poor inventory control... doesn't even rate them at one star. I will never use them again and I recommend others not to support such a poor business.

Fast delivery quality part nice instructions on how to put it on and also I like on their website that you can actually look at it and look at it being put on before you even get it thank you American muscle I am now a true fan of you

If your employees are doing their jobs correctly there is no need for reviews! I would have given a better one and continued shopping with you if there weren't so many stupid emails!

Anytime that I'm curious about buying ANYTHING for my s550, I automatically come to American muscle. There's just about everything you could want for your mustang whether it be performance or cosmetic mods. Hands down I would recommend anyone to shop here!
