First of all ordering any kind of decals now days make me nervous but American Muscle packing is top notch! These Hash Marks are well made! Instructions for putting on were pretty straight forward to make process easy even if you've never done it. Love how it came out!
I do not recommend buying the third brake light from American muscle for the new edge cars. The fitment is sub par and trying to get a return label is like speaking to a wall. My emails don't get a reply and now I'm stuck with a break light sitting in a box in my trunk. I ordered a different replacement tail light from national parts depot, which has high reviews. I will probably never buy anything from America muscle again. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with returns from this company.

The lug nuts were acoerfect fit for my car. This lug nuts were NOT the one that come with a lock & key.

The headlights I ordered do not fit all that well and when I talked to customer service I was left with little to no help

I ordered 5mm wheel spacers but received the 3mm version. They seem to work however. But I'd prefer to receive what I ordered.

Overall experience was fine. I was excited to receive the package yesterday but was bummed right side of the part was broken

Received quick, but was damage, strange shipping box wasn't damaged but the box the product was in was, waiting on replacement
I ordered a set of rims and tires which were all supposed to be in stock on a Thursday. After ordering I go online and see that all of the items have been backordered. I then called American Muscle and was told that the tires were at a satellite warehouse and that everything else (rims, tpms sensors, lug nuts) were at the main warehouse. They indicated the tires would be shipped to the main warehouse and should be shipped out by tuesday. Call again on tuesday to find the tires have arrived and that they will be mounted and balanced and shipped at the latest on thursday. Again I call on thursday and was told there was an error and that the tires were used on a different order and that more tires have been ordered to be shipped from a satellite warehouse for my order. This was extremely frustrating as I had called several times (in addition to the instances indicated in this review) to make sure that my order was on track to be shipped by thursday. Obviously this same error was most likely going to repeat itself so I went ahead and cancelled my order. After looking online I see that many other people are having this exact same issue. In addition to these errors I had numerous other issues that I don't have time to go into involving purchase amounts, and amounts withdrawn from my card after purchasing. AMERICAN MUSCLE IS EXTREMELY DISORGANIZED AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS ARE NOT IN TUNE WITH WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I SUGGEST OTHERS STAY AWAY ALSO.
