First of all ordering any kind of decals now days make me nervous but American Muscle packing is top notch! These Hash Marks are well made! Instructions for putting on were pretty straight forward to make process easy even if you've never done it. Love how it came out!
Why I said it's terrible, is because my box came complete destroyed like someone ran sacked it. It makes me mad cause I spent so much money and can't even get a return option. Terrible shipping and service. I've been waiting for my tune and guess what nothing, worst 800 I've ever spent I will not be buying here again?
Faster shifting hated the wobbly shifts. Like that the throw is 10 times shorter.

Took a minute to get 2 loose parts out of the booster, since it's a small space in it, but overall great product, might of been because of shipping

I ordered wheels/tires and was shown a delivery date of Monday the 15th. I then noticed that many comments showed I would also need different lug nuts vs OEM. I tried to call the phone number on the top of the webpage. Those people only wanted to sell me some promotion and get my credit card. I then used chat, and after two people, they confirmed I needed new lug nuts. I ordered new lug nuts and had them ship the next day so I would get them with my wheels. But my wheels did not show up until Wednesday. NOT Monday as promised. So wasted that shipping (AM did refund my expedited shipping thx) BUT got the wheels and tires and installed them and I do NOT need the new lug nuts the old OEM ones are just fine. So now I need to refund the nug nuts. The new wheels are very nice BUT the offset is not right for my charger GT AWD, and there is no selection for AWD but apparently, the AWD axle width is different or I got the wrong wheels because the wheels stick out past the body by an inch. I can live with it I hope. The biggest kicker was the delayed shipping. Do what you say you are going to do. Also the lack of knowledge and selection about car specifics (lug nuts wrong and wheel offset wrong) was very disappointing and now time consuming to deal with errors. But the wheels and tires look good and ride nice. So product quality seems good. Just all the devil in the details that was messed up.

Pretty good price / value. However minus one star because of couple problems. 1st your *******105 phone mumber at top of site they rep I spoke to only wanted to do this $100 promotion and get my credit card number. After I refused 4 times she finally gave me a "real" number to call to get support... that number was *******411 which is actually Direct TV. :( Grrrrrr... the 2nd issue is that I purchased a wheel/tire kit and it does not tell you on that page that your OEM lugs nuts wont work and you will need new ones. That would have been good to know when I purchased it.

Ordered shocks and struts, they arrived in damaged/opened packages. Looks like everything was there.
Installation time says 15 minutes, brake and clutch pedal covers are a real challenge putting them on. Had tried hot water but no success, used a lil bit of Vaseline around the edges and finally got em on. Looks good after my struggle
