First of all ordering any kind of decals now days make me nervous but American Muscle packing is top notch! These Hash Marks are well made! Instructions for putting on were pretty straight forward to make process easy even if you've never done it. Love how it came out!
Why I said it's terrible, is because my box came complete destroyed like someone ran sacked it. It makes me mad cause I spent so much money and can't even get a return option. Terrible shipping and service. I've been waiting for my tune and guess what nothing, worst 800 I've ever spent I will not be buying here again?
I finally found a set of tail light wiring harnesses that supported my particular car. I was a little skeptical to but the product but in the end it arrived on time, was well packed, and fit the car perfectly.
It took a lot of searching. The year my car was made is not readily supported. I found your site to include excellent details and pictures of the product. The description also made it clear my car was supported as well.
Shipping is super fast and they really go the extra mile with the shipping and packaging of their products! Verification emails and package updates with tracking information left me with no questions or guessing where my order was in the shipping process.
I purchased a used, but supposedly still good, sequential wire harness. One side worked fine, the second side didnt light at first. So, I removed that side to find multiple wires smashed, many squeeze connectors(not stock), and poorly taped up.
I reconnected one loose wire, and retaped the rest.
It works now. Lesson learned.

Shopping and purchasing from AM has been great but if they don't address issues or offer other shipping options other than FedEx I will no longer use. 2 straight orders late and both left in the rain!
I bought a spoiler for my mustang and they told me after I bought it that it was sold out so I will get a refund by sep 12. Today is sep 16 and I haven't heard anything. I'm very disappointed they keep saying they are waiting for the manufacturer but it shouldn't take this long.
Box that arrived at my house was in very terrible shape and had a hole in it, so wish they would use a stronger box for the exhaust. But it wasn't damaged when I opened the box everything was wrapped in bubble wrap and packaging. Just wish there were more pictures of the item and a video for a sound clip like the other ones.

Wheels I ordered came in 3 days and delivered on a Sunday which I didn't expect. The rest of the order came a couple days later. Only complaint I would have is the Mach 1 grill delete part came with one end sticking out of the box. It wasn't damaged luckily. The box looked like the shippers threw it around like a football.
They had the best deal on what I was looking for and I bought from them before.

Happy with Purchase, Not all the holes lined up as stated in several reviews but may have been our fault. Lining up with the 3M tape is tricky, one try. Great product overall and providing a great look to the mustang.
I ordered rims and tires and lugs all at the same time and when I got everything besides the lugs I was confused. I had to wait another 2 days just for the lugs. Not a big deal I just expected everything to come as 1 package

The whole transaction could not have been smoother. I purchased the PowerStop Z26 Street Warrior complete brake package for my '21 Challenger R/T Shaker, and it was on my door step in 2 days! I spent an afternoon installing the brakes, and WOW!, what a difference over the factory brakes. I'm extremely happy with my purchase, and the product.

I'm not too mad I get people make mistakes but whoever packaged my front splitter gave me 2 of the same pieces, for reference I needed 3 totally different pieces. Now I have to return it and wait for another one.
Everything was good came on time it said, just a bit of damage on the face of an axle I ordered little minor metal scratch or gouge slightly concerning but nothing worth sending back I still put it in and it worked good and have had no damage from many other parts however i feel if they don't start putting more packing foam or something to help with the shipping there will be more damage in the future

Received product in a timely manner. Product was packaged nice with everything labeled. Installation was straightforward. Only issue I had was the rear pins didn't seem to go in all the way. Didn't want to be too forceful so I just used my old pins on the rears. I still give the product 5 stars. Clear instructions on breaking the rotors and pads in. Braking is real smoooth now.
American Muscles seems to be what’s recommended on “Scats” if you’re not replacing with factory parts
I purchased item CH******* which is listed as one set of two 1" wheel spacers for $69.99. I chose the open box option for the listing which was $41.99. I figured $28 off the original price for a used product was reasonable but when I received it there was only 1 spacer in the box. I would never have purchased one used spacer for $41.99 when I could purchase 2 brand new spacers for $34.99 each.

Normal. It could be better if what is on the site is in stock. If not, then it should be taken off so no one orders what is not there. For instance, the Rocker Stripes with MUSTANG GT lettering: Red has been out of stock for months. Take it off the site so no one orders it.
I assumed it had the products I needed to make my vehicle outstanding. It does, but with any online ordering the experience can go either way. I'm satisfied with the service but cautious of my future ordering.
I'll change it when I see what comes. I don't have confidence in what you ship in comparison to what I ordered in the past.
I thought it would meet my expectations for supplying my materials needed for my mustang.
Americanmuscle.com has been my GoTo site for years when I came for my mustangs and for me, they've always delivered and was always happy with their products. Now my 09 CS mustang looks better, sounds better and sure as heck drives better. Too bad I didn't get a free shirt or something considering how much money I spent and planning on spending again here soon lol, but at the end of the day. You guys can take my money anytime!

Thought my new wheels and tires were supposed to come mounted and balanced. I never saw the option before check out to have this done. Wasn't very happy. Offered me 20.00 credit. Doesn't even cover a t-shirt purchase on the website

Everything went smoothly and items are great. Only issue I had was I paid for 2 day shipping on August 29th because their website said it would arrive in 2 days even with the holiday weekend coming up. But then it took 6 days to actually arrive with the holiday weekend so basically wasted the money on 2 day shipping.
I had vouchers from my previous order but was no longer on my page when i tried to place my last order. I chatted with agents about the situation but they side steps my complaint. Secondly, the app said my order would arrive on Thursday 08/15/2024 and again I got a message that someone must be home in order to receive my order, I had to call out at my job (loosing my pay for that day) to stay at home because the app did not allow me to redirect delivery or leave an instruction yet, my order did not arrive even up till the end of this day 08/17/2024.
