Customer service didn't even take time to read what I was writing in the "chat." They tired to rush through my issue and then tried to offer me a store credit; that would be useless as I am never shopping with them again. Bad products. Bad service.

Bought a set of open box headlights 7/10
Still haven't received 7/22. Apparently got returned to sender. Instead of sending me a new pair you wanna give me. Store credit that i did NOT ask for And a $20 discount on my next purchase. Why the $#*! would i make a next purchase when you cant even get this purchase right

Everything was great except the fact I can't find parts that fit Chrysler 300 through your site. You have every dodge but no Chrysler it's kind of sad was looking forward to getting more items but I don't know what exactly fits my car

After what felt like an eternity of trying to shop various stores both online and brick and mortar I came across the 4th of July sale. Still unsure if this fantastic deal was too good to be true I called the customer service number and was connected with Erik K. Not only was he super knowledgeable and down to earth, he was incredibly friendly but not to that over saccharine flaw that some salesmen will resort to push a sale. He understood my concerns, answered my questions and helped to confirm I had the best product and best fit for my car all while coming in with a fantastic price that only American muscle could have provided. As of this review I have only placed the order and been notified of its fulfillment so I do not have the products in hand to weigh in on things like quality or packaging but up to this point, I really don't think I could be happier with the process. Give this man a raise!

Had good selection of axle back exhaust options available. Prices a bit higher than advertised in the company you tube videos. Ordered July 1 for a July 5 delivery. I was surprised about how quick the advertised delivery could happen. Planned to install over the long weekend. I think the company should revisit their web site. Don't promise what you cannot deliver (literally). I get it, a holiday order will take longer. Just make sure you tell people that. As of 7/6 my product, according to the web site has not even shipped yet. I'll revisit my review when I have a product to talk about.

Great shopping. UPS was a major disappointment ( they sat on the item over the weekend); their " tracking" is wanting, too. Items are awesome - fit & finish excellent ( instructions left a lot to be desired- maybe have a link to online installation?) adjustability is a dream.

You can spend Thousands on this site and never get a good deal on anything, no matter what code they give you. Spend $500 to get $50 off your next order but then you have to spend another $300 just to get the $50 off

Purchased the SR caster camber plates. When they showed up, they were loosely put together for shipping. One of the lower plate studs had the nylock nut installed cross threaded. I tried to slowly back it off in order to not damage the stud threads but no luck strpped beyond usable. I needed to get the car driving so I didn't have time to send it back. So I used a die for a smaller thread size and got it installed. Don't know if this was an item that was purchased prior to me and someone cross threaded it and sent it back, or t
It was done at the factory. Be aware and watch what you purchase.
Other than that, they are a decent product.

As always, American Muscle has excellent customer service. Although they may not have what I wanted, they always show that they care, which is vital to me when shopping online. You don't get to see the person's face, but you can hear in their voice if they care or not. It's important because you may leave without the product you want, but you still leave with a sense of respect that the company cares about you.

Relatively cheap price for a relatively cheap product. Looks good and gets the job done but as some as the other reviews say the product tends to come scratched and some of the paint work isn't the best.

Shipped out a slow, and the delivery person dropped the package at the wrong house when contact to report the miss delivery, they really did nothing... had to track the package myself and do all necessary to retrieve it

I've had good shopping experience with great products detail and the how to videos are great. Even the return process. I had a package that was delivered and left at the front door. The box was damaged and some parts missing and some damage on the part. One call and a few pictures. Free return and they replacing the part fast with in 24 hrs.

Ordering is easy, do wish it was easier to find info and install on some products. I'm not in during business hours so would like to email or leave a message? Maybe u can I just haven't found out yet.

American Muscle is an awesome company with great customer service! Although I did receive a few parts that would not cross over to my Chrysler, they were extremely efficient and willing to get the situation taken care of. I would highly recommend American Muscle to my family and friends for performance parts.

My order was late and they would not do anything about it. I will not be buying anything from them again. Poor customer service with shady people.

When I ordered it there was delivery date on the website and when I told them about it they said it was an estimate.

Quick shipping, good customer service. But parts I got were defective. I know it is not AM fault, but now I have to return them for exchange. Problem is I do not have a printer for return label and nearest FedEx I can go to for them to ship It with QR code is 45 minute drive. So my birthday present I won't have until probably a week after my birthday. I wish AM had another way of shipping returned items.

Products are great, decent priced even for the house brand stuff. Shipping was fast, in the day of Amazon we are all spoiled by over night or 2 day shipping. But American Muscle is on par with Amazon. No issues, everything fit as expected.

American muscle cannot be faulted for the problems that I experienced with this order, the website did wonderfully and provided me with the information necessary, however I would say that the install video was a little misleading as the product install was more difficult than I was led to believe

So I spent about 700 on a Corsa intake and a Corsa catch can. The catch can was missing hardware which didn't allow me to install. So I contacted American Muscle just to be told that I have to submit pics and that's fine but also I will have to wait approximately 10 business days to get my parts if approved. So then I decided just to return it and buy a different brand but unfortunately the process is the same. I have to send pics of the return and still wait 10 Business days before I could get this approved. It's to much just to get my parts corrected or just to make a simple return.

Driver and passenger side floor mats fit like a glove. The mats are not flimsy and will last the rain, dirt and sand from shoes. Highly recommend. Description was spot on. Delivery was fast and on time. Anything for our 2010 Glass Top Mustang GT!

I ordered a set of headlights for my 2015 Camaro ss, I received the delivery on time but it was the wrong product in the box. Called customer service submitted pics three business days later I had a label to ship them back. 10 days later I receive my replacement headlights and they sent the exact same wrong ones. Now I have to start the process all over and wait another 10 or so days to hopefully receive the correct parts. I will say the customer service people are friendly and try to help but are unwilling to go ahead and ship out my replacements even though my car is in the paint shop waiting on headlights for almost a month.

Tuner worked and loaded a 93 performance Bama tune on my 08 Mustang Gt. So far the only issue I've had is loading the tune. It wouldn't connect to my hotspot and my WiFi did work. The combo definitely works but I would just go with the x4 tuner option

I think I have purchased practically the whole car from AM. Started out with a 1984 GT Hatchback T-Top. Set out rusting for years waiting on me to start restoring and some modifications I will began late summer and fall. Have a whole garage of boxed up parts from AM for the project..
