Excellent communication and product was as described, the only drawback was the company does not ship to canada, I live close to the border so I drove to the usa and picked it up.

Had to spend had to spend an extra $35 on tape that will actually stick to my window instead of the cheap 3M tape I received. Also received my louvers all scratched up on the inside. Only reason why it's a 2 star is because it looks cool.

My last two orders from American Muscle have been nothing but a disaster. Most recently ordered a kit of half shafts, Order arrived with one half shaft (not two as listed) and was damaged upon arrival. Contacted American Muscle to get a replacement and they stated it would take up to a week for the return process plus additional days for shipping.
My first order placed with American Muscle was a 4" Cowl Hood for my 2015 Mustang Gt. I received a 3" cowl hood for a 2004 Mustang Gt and had to wait till I sent this one back to receive my replacement. (Took 6 weeks) again a shipping issue with American Muscle

I would not recommend AM to anyone as it seems they having serious shipping problems

You can spend Thousands on this site and never get a good deal on anything, no matter what code they give you. Spend $500 to get $50 off your next order but then you have to spend another $300 just to get the $50 off

Ordered a set of pads and rotors, rotors came a day late which is ok, but the pads that were supposed to come with them came 4 days later. I bought a set why are they separate?

I purchased 4 new tires for my 2016 Challenger Hellcat. The pictures and many user reviews helped me decide between two different tires I was interested in. It was easy to order and got my tires in 2 days! I will definately buy from American Muscle again!

Your pictures on the web site are misleading this is the second time I've ordered something and it turning out to be something different. I suggest photos of the product the way it is shipped not the way it looks on the car

Scam scam scam. Have ordered twice now. First time piece didn't fit, had to pay shipping back, didn't get full price back because it was "open box" (which it was already open before we got it), credit given instead of actual payment, credit gets slowly taken away if you don't use it. Second piece was very misleading said it was ready to put on but comes with a full page front and back of everything extra you have to do and have to mold it yourself so it fits. They take your money and the return process is sketchy as if you even open it and don't use it, they consider it an open box when you can't not open it to see if it works or not. Won't let you have anything but credit to their store back that they still slowly take away if not used. Scam do not bother!

After what felt like an eternity of trying to shop various stores both online and brick and mortar I came across the 4th of July sale. Still unsure if this fantastic deal was too good to be true I called the customer service number and was connected with Erik K. Not only was he super knowledgeable and down to earth, he was incredibly friendly but not to that over saccharine flaw that some salesmen will resort to push a sale. He understood my concerns, answered my questions and helped to confirm I had the best product and best fit for my car all while coming in with a fantastic price that only American muscle could have provided. As of this review I have only placed the order and been notified of its fulfillment so I do not have the products in hand to weigh in on things like quality or packaging but up to this point, I really don't think I could be happier with the process. Give this man a raise!

Price is right, but shipping a strut in a lose box was optimistic is would arrive not showing external damage. I did not open the box and requested a return.

I repeatedly tried getting on the site to shop and to pay but the site was not working right for some reason I was finally able to pay for my item but today after checking on my bank account for some reason there is also a charge for a SPORTUS site charged on my? I'm wondering if your site might be being hacked? The only purchase I made was from your company that day and nothing else! Just a heads up! I stopped that payment but not my purchase with your company

Ordered a BBK H pipe for my 03 Mustang GT. It was bent when I got it. Had to bend the pipes back straight. Also was missing all the hardware because the box was destroyed.

Very easy site to navigate. Amazing to see products installed on cars like mine. I was able to find many options for my car and the installation videos made it easy to install.

The only part thatdit my steering wheel is the bottom middle- non od the sides fit and the double sided tape that comes on it is very bad and not even sticky

My headlights came in a busted box and the headlights had finger prints and left over epoxy on the lens that had to be scraped off with a razor blade and rubbing alcohol

Great shopping. UPS was a major disappointment ( they sat on the item over the weekend); their " tracking" is wanting, too. Items are awesome - fit & finish excellent ( instructions left a lot to be desired- maybe have a link to online installation?) adjustability is a dream.

Love the filters that show exactly what will fit my ride. You can even get pictures of the product on the same color as your car. It helps in making your correct choices.

I'm just a girl with a muscle car that needed a skirt. I don't speak car parts but I tried it and the website so very user friendly. I found the skirt I thought would work but just to make sure I called customer service and the nice man confirmed that the skirt I wanted would work. It got to me fast and now my girl is looking beautiful with her black mini skirt! Lol

Had good selection of axle back exhaust options available. Prices a bit higher than advertised in the company you tube videos. Ordered July 1 for a July 5 delivery. I was surprised about how quick the advertised delivery could happen. Planned to install over the long weekend. I think the company should revisit their web site. Don't promise what you cannot deliver (literally). I get it, a holiday order will take longer. Just make sure you tell people that. As of 7/6 my product, according to the web site has not even shipped yet. I'll revisit my review when I have a product to talk about.

Definitely will shope here again and recommend. I ordered three products and loved two of them. One product did not fit nor come as I thought it would, so I am returning it!

Mike was the rep that I talked to He was very nice and intentive He listened to what I was looking forand was very helpful. Purchased a upper grill and 2 key fobs. Now I just got a text today saying you found so grills for my car I thought that i had already bought an upper grill so I am confused. Iplan on buying more pieces for my car so I hope this thing with the grill is an oversight

After ordering a clutch, flywheel, slave cylinder/clutch release assembly and pilot bearing, the flywheel was almost three late getting shipped. After communicating with customer service via email several times with no reasonable solution I finally had to call and finally got an answer. Not the answer that I wanted to hear, but non the less an answer.

It gives me confidence that I will be able to keep my 2000 Ford Mustang on the road after 25 years and 382,000 original miles knowing that I can find the parts at American Muscle that I need that are now obsolete at Ford / Motorcraft.

Even the parts counter guys at my local Ford Dealer tell me to check availability at American Muscle!
