First of all ordering any kind of decals now days make me nervous but American Muscle packing is top notch! These Hash Marks are well made! Instructions for putting on were pretty straight forward to make process easy even if you've never done it. Love how it came out!
I do not recommend buying the third brake light from American muscle for the new edge cars. The fitment is sub par and trying to get a return label is like speaking to a wall. My emails don't get a reply and now I'm stuck with a break light sitting in a box in my trunk. I ordered a different replacement tail light from national parts depot, which has high reviews. I will probably never buy anything from America muscle again. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with returns from this company.

Last time I ordered a spoiler, the live support lady said it would fit the stock drill holes, but it didn't. Also the website said it would.
This website has the best affordable spoilers.
I have ordered parts from American Muscle numerous times over the last several years and they have always come through with great products, however, 80% of the orders that I have placed with them have arrived in badly damaged boxes. It is almost as if they recycle boxes from a city landfill to send their products out to customers in, I don't know, but this would be my only complaint.

My husband likes to order parts from you guys for his car. He has a mustangs GT but we also have a Ford Ranger we got passed down to us that I drive so this part is for the Ranger. My husband is a mechanic and loves working on cars He’s done a lot of work on our cars.
Come on guys you have one job and that's to make sure you send the correct items to your customers. Not only did you forget the hardware I'm waiting an additional 2 weeks to receive it! Terrible terrible customer service! I will never order from here again!

I ordered spring insulators and the box only had half of them. I immediately contacted them, sending pictures of box missing parts and a month later and 6 conversations with different reps still nothing. 2 times they said FedEx will pick up, its still in my mailbox and they haven't shipped what I need. Promises and guarantees never fulfilled, will never do business or refer anyone to them again.
Website is easy to navigate. Found most of the products i was looking for, with the exception of a few that had a shipping time of 12 weeks.
Very fast and efficient shipping of products. The products were as expected with a few defects but that can be a factor when shopping online for car accessories.

Springs for my fox body mustang
Very poor quality gaps very hard to adjust, plastic vents for the fenders are warped, and they wont sell them separately, only with the fender..., make sure to check every little part, because if your project will take longer then 30 days they won't help, even if you willing to pay for the defective part, the only option is to buy the entire package... in my case it's $829.98, but the only thing I need is little plastic vent...

Bought a RTR decklid panel for $230 and it majorly scratched upon first cleaning. Customer service refused to be helpful. This product requires cutting into trunk and now I have a damaged trunk that looks horrible. They offered a refund of $56 or store credit of $115. Not sure but I would expect a full refund from something completely defective especially when it involves something that required modification to the vehicle. Will NEVER take my business here again.

Well the install was super easy to do on my own about 15/30 mins tops, it sounds good and give an impressive jump regarding my speed and handling of the vehicle, I will recommend this cool air intake to anyone who wants to get one
Sent me some garbage lowering springs. Went to return them but wanted me to jump through hoops just for a return of a product that is brand new still other the unopened box. Only to receive a small portion of what I paid for this product. I mean really! Not even worth my time resulting in a $200 loss for lowering springs not worth putting on my car. Won't happen again. Will be my last purchase from your company
