I have ordered many orders from here in a few days. I have a new car. Parts were wrong and I have to do tons of BS to get it returned. Charging me $25 for some returns. This place is not my style. I like to be appreciated when I spend lots of money and potentially much more in the future.

I was having some issues with the website on my end and service quickly put all my info in manually to make sure my tune was put together in time. American muscle has never failed me

Let me start with I have thousands dollars for cars that I've customized for people also we attend alot of car show and they ask me where I get my parts? I always say American Muscle but, I had 750.00 in my basket when I ran in to Robert for a part they I tried every way possible to install! Called him sent pictures he just quit answering me. That's not the end then I sent parts back because they didn't fit and they changed me 83.00 plus shipping for return. I promise you I will never tell anyone about this company again and when I go to car show if anyone ask I will tell them about my experience! It's to bad because I have customized several cars but will definitely find another place now! We just had a car show that had over 400 car's and I will tell everyone! The owner should be more involved!

First time buyer from site and plan to get more product's in future for my vehicle's.

There were a missing piece in my exhaust purchase.

Shipping date changed. I think waiting a month for an item is ridiculous

I ordered the entire front break kit. Half of the kit arrived when it was supposed to, the other half is now 5 days late. Called to see if there was any reasonable explanation or remedy. I received no explanation and was offered a 10 dollar voucher... which I declined. The shop has been holding my car for a week now waiting for these parts...

Overall, I am very pleased with the experience. I am a little disappointed that when I purchased my product the $10 credit I had on my account didn't apply.

Have used American muscle for a while, only real complaint is the website bugs out sometimes and at-least for me whenever i click on an item it automatically adds it to the cart sometimes in quantities of 1-5, which could cause unwanted purchases and its just a bit annoying. Also this is my second time ordering brake pads from here, and the packaging has come a little damaged both times with the grease bag exploded all over the box. Its not a big deal, pads and hardware look to be in good condition but just something to note.

I originally bought a optima battery from this company and it was defective. They asked asked me to package it very well and send it back, so I did just that. It costed an additional $10 and my time. They then send me a package that Literally looked and sounded like it had been ran over by a truck many times. So I took photos of it prior to opening it and soon as I open it I see they didn't take the time to properly package the battery how they asked me to do with the defective one. The battery was badly damaged and broken. I contacted them immediately through email and phone and still haven't gotten confirmation that it will be replaced. The customer service was awful, the girl didn't know what she was doing, took forever and still no resolve. This has costed more money out of my pocket and hours of my time. Do Not Order from this company! Worst experience ever.

Was not aware that the payment options were credit card, pay pal or affirm. Once I added up the total price on 4 items I went to purchase a money order to my dismay when I attempted to call in to find out where to mail my money order for payment did I learn that the catalog business has changed and no longer allows for mail in orders. Some of us old school people do not take so kindly to change. Especially those who prefer to pay in cash for items without a banking surcharges, fees interest which benefit only the banks not the consumer

The tail light covers are great, but the headlight covers do not fit as advertised. A waste of money. Customer service was extremely rude in answering questions; he just wanted to push more sales on me. It was probably the last time I will place an order from AM.

I purchased a hood scoop a couple years ago, I drilled 4 holes in my hood to mount it as the instructions said. Well going down the highway it failed in one corner, and almost flew off because the product failed. Dont by there junk they don't stand behind what they sell, very dissatisfied.

It was great shopping for parts the past year or so it's been easy and enjoyable looking for parts for my vehicle.

I was able to get everything together with wheel bearings too in about 5 hours. Everything fits nice, but there are specific pads for each side they do not tell you. And don't forget to bleed both master cylinder valves(just so you don't waist fluid like I did)

Online shopping is wild. Not a big fan. But they made it easy. By not suggesting other stuff on purchase page. Liked that. I will do it again. Chin spoiler, short throw shifter. And eventually heads cams and better things.
