I bought an exhaust delete kit for my 2013 Mustang GT 5.0. This was EXACTLY what I wanted with out braking the bank. My car sounds so amazing from simply just starting it up and even better when driving it. Will definitely be using American Muscle again for all my future orders on mods for my car. I've made numerous purchases from AM over the past couple of years. My last two have been somewhat disappointing in that they were not as the on-line catalog described them. AM needs to keep their product pages up to date.

High quality rock guards for the rear quarter panels. Unfortunately I ordered these before I took delivery of my 2022 Mustang Mach 1 and didn't realize they come with the car. This was my fault! I will definitely be ordering from American Muscle again! Great company!

I really do like this company. I had ordered a set of Rotors and Brakes for my Mustang 1 month prior. I didn't know until I called that the order was not going to be filled for at least 4 Weeks. Someone should have emailed with that information.I did cancel that order, but got no call back from Sales as requested. I decided to buy on line anyways. Wish I could have used coupon.

I've been purchasing parts through American Muscle for about 2 months now for my 00' Mustang GT drift build, has yet to disappoint. All parts have been working great. They have most of the stock Ford replacements + after market selections. Can't wait to keep buying parks from AM! (Don't tell my wife that last part. LOL)

I purchased headlights for my Son's Mustang. Shipping was very fast, we received the order within 1 week from purchase date. There was a great instructional video to refer to when installing them. Overall, great quality product and service.

Products both had defects when it arrived, very disappointing. Your company is well known and many followers on YouTube. Your defected products should not be shipped out. Overall customer service was good.

I previously bought a no name power steering tank from American Muscle for my '04 Cobra and it didn't fit. The hose nipples were reverse to where they should've been. American Muscle was good on the return so I'm hoping this Canton tank works- we'll see.

It was a great experience. I've ordered from AM for my other cars before. This time I was doing an order for the exterior appearance. I got bumpers, fenders, a hood and a spoiler. Only reason not 5 stars is not getting questions answered. I was having trouble deciding between two different items so I asked to make sure they would fit my car because it was unclear. After over a month of no answer I just went with the safe option I knew would fit. Hoping a 4,000 plus order will give me some stickers and some discounts on future orders.

Great company and merchandise! It was really easy to find what you're looking for on their site, and at good prices! The fact that they have Affirm, to help you finance the more expensive products, is a Godsend!

I'm very happy how quick and responsive the company is. The site is very easy to use too. My hesitation about the future is regarding the shop labor you can purchase ahead of time on your site. It would be helpful to see a list of people you might select for customers to choose before they buy. I'm sure many feel the same when they already know several mechanics in the area that are not reliable. That's far too common unfortunately. I would buy more, especially a cat back exhaust, but I have trouble finding a good mechanic in the area to do it and I have no clue who you would choose. I don't want to me stuck. Other than that, I'm very pleased so far.

They had the best price around on a complete brake package, which showed as an "in stock" item.
Order was sent via Fed Ex, tracking information had it being delivered a day earlier. Upon delivery of the first
box,which contained front pads and rotors,was destroyed and spring broken off brake pad. Rotors were not damaged. Multiple pictures, an hour of my time, and the whole box had to be shipped back, not just the pads. Told them to get the new box coming ASAP and understand charging my CC until damaged parts inspected by them for credit. No such luck, only shipped new parts after confirmation of damaged parts dropped off at Fed Ex. See if the new box is packaged better?

I reached out to customer service about a coupon code not working. Immediately they fixed the problem and went as far as to give me a 20$ voucher. I have had nothing but good experiences with am and will continue so shop here for all my mustang parts

Delivered fast and product was nice I would say on top this order also get the spring insulators with it as well because mine were pretty shot and wore out plus they were formed to the prior springs so it would probably be a good idea

My first order and my last. I have contacted customer service twice regarding an order placed over a week ago. Each time I was told that the part ordered is in stock yet they can't tell me why it didn't ship.

Both times I was told they will research and update me by email. No response either time.

One and done for me. Many other sites to buy from. Get your act together!

I ordered black wheels from americanmuscle.com. They have horrible customer service. They are cheap refuse to send my lug nuts next day delivery. Their salesman is worthless, manager nowhere to be found. This company is pathetic.

The service was great. Everything was easy to track. And came quickly. Most products that I have used so far have been good except the rear black vinyl for the truck lid. It was not quite the right size Just short about 1/8" on one side. Would have been better with a little extra on all sides that you could either fold over or trim off

American muscle offers pre painted parts. In their description they say they have them in stock. Not true, your weight over 30 days. They also state that they paint them themselves in their ad. That's also not true, they sub them out. They shouldn't advertise their in stock when they're not.

I have been shopping with AM for a few years, this year we ordered parts that were in stock and a 3 day shipping as usual, this time the part did not arrive, needed 2-3 more days for lost ticket, all tracking said was it was awaiting pick up...then all of a sudden it arrived a week later.

The website is nice and well organized. They have a lot of decent stuff for my new edge mustang. And are pretty good with shipping and customer service so far. The prices are a little high, but bolshevism is showing it's ugly face again, so I'm not surprised. If history teaches anything, we will be so hungry, we will try to eat our mustangs eventually.

American Muscle is a great shopping place for all of your muscle car needs. Their website is easy to navigate and they have really good prices too. Literally when it comes to shipping no one has faster shipping than these guys!

I ordered a set of brakes and rotors from American Muscle in early April 2019. I received 1 of 2 boxes on time. I've made several attempts to get a resolve and receive the other half of my order that shows in their system that it never left the warehouse. I have been given the runaround over numerous phone calls and can get neither the rest of my package or a refund because "the supervisors are unavailable". I have given my number for a call-back that I "will receive within 24 hours" twice. I don't understand why this process is so complicated but I know I will never again shop American Muscle for my Mustang wants/needs.
