First of all ordering any kind of decals now days make me nervous but American Muscle packing is top notch! These Hash Marks are well made! Instructions for putting on were pretty straight forward to make process easy even if you've never done it. Love how it came out!
I do not recommend buying the third brake light from American muscle for the new edge cars. The fitment is sub par and trying to get a return label is like speaking to a wall. My emails don't get a reply and now I'm stuck with a break light sitting in a box in my trunk. I ordered a different replacement tail light from national parts depot, which has high reviews. I will probably never buy anything from America muscle again. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with returns from this company.
Overall customer service is pretty good. Although, I had several issues with pricing and trying to check out at the correct price of the items I was purchasing. I still have issues as far as the pricing goes, as I will probably have to be reimbursed. But I just wanted my item already. I understand that website glitches happen, so that does not impact how good their customer service is. But if I don't receive the proper adjustments for my purchase, this might be a whole other type of review in the future. But as for now I shall keep purchasing from them.

Had what I was looking for easy check out.
This arrived fast and was packed very well. The installation was very simple. There are only a couple bolts to undo the seats and plastic trim clips. You do need to drill two small holes for the brackets but was pretty easy. The template I received was a revised one and lined up perfectly. I know in other reviews they said it was off by a 1/2 inch. Looks like they fixed that issue.

I believe AM Inc is the leader in bring new and exciting ideas to the market,I also like the price they sell their parts at. Ordered parts from y'all before!
American muscle did an absolutely wonderful job. The ups is very bad about it's website being updates or up to date on package tracking things like that. The overnight flight or whatever paid for that and it didn't come in that time so not sure if it was worth even trying to get it faster by paying extra. So overall with the actual making of the label and transportation of the package and time frame were all delayed and not very well maintained.
Was recommended by someone else but might switch to a diff website next time.
Ordered an 04 car crawl... Didn't tell us that they would have to order it 6 weeks later I call... For a refund they say okay. Told us some story about they didn't take any money because it was a standby order. But yet send an email saying that the money would be returned... I'm confused I can't tell if I got ripped off twice by not getting apart or not getting my money back too so now I have to call to the bank about some order that was two months ago. End of the day just go C. J... auto. Parts got my part in two days...
Great sounding exhaust if you want a more noise to your 2.0. Won't blow you away but definitely enhances the sound and makes it deeper. No droning but cabin noise is louder while accelerating. Only issue was that the clamps that came were not the correct size and I had to get new ones. Install was easy enough besides the wrong clamp size.
I chose AmericanMuscle since they have the largest selection of items.
In short, they sent four wrong size and type tires to me, acted like it was my fault (my order was perfect, they simply screwed up), then sent me one replacement. Two weeks later I called and spent two hours on the phone. I had a deadline on a build, I missed it. Tried another order against my better judgement, paid for expedited shipping, they didn't even ship until day it was due. Again, customer service simply didn't care. Literally the worst automotive parts experience I have ever had.
Caution caution! My order was to be delivered yesterday for my wife's birthday and checking tracking info today it hasn't even shipped yet, so I called customer service no help there either they act like they don't know where it is and didn't seem to care. I don't know if this is a scam or just super poor customer service but I would not trust them ever again
No contact from the carrier. Came home to find the box sitting out front of my house. No way for me to inspect the product. Not what I was expecting after paying $200 extra dollars because I didn't have a dock

They always have what im looking for and up to date products. Couldnt find a front tag bracket to fit my 22 challenger rt anywhere, especially at reasonable price. But AM came through as always. Love AM and their selection and prices.

Ordered an intake from them. First one was roush and came broken in a dozen different pieces, I sent it back. Second one was incomplete as in there were partially drilled holes for the sensor and grommet. I sent it back. Third one didn't even have piping in the box. Was just a filter and air box. All throughout customer service would apologize and offer to send a new one. No offer for a discount, no items offered in addition as recompense. I wrote a negative review on their site which they promptly deleted and sent their quality control an email which they promptly ignored. Do yourself a favor and listen to the other reviews DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The products they sell failed me within a few months and I was not able to return them. The life expectancy on the items like automotive lights should be at least a few years. Bad and will not use again.

Best performance upgrades
Shipped quickly, but came with a hole in it. I decided that I didn't want $30 back on my card or $60 of store credit (what scams considering the part is $130) and I got a friend to weld it for me. It's sad that they charge so much and I bought a warranty but it wasn't stood by, so I made sure the issue was fixed externally since I didn't have the time to wait for another part.

We love the spoiler, it looks absolutely perfect on our Matte Gray 2018 Charger.
Only complaint...there were absolutely no instructions/how to/ or even hints on how to install.
While it seems like an easy process, it took us a bit longer than it probably should have, had we had to a little quick reference guide.
We WILL order from American Muscle again!
Wheels came in the day before originally scheduled. Lug nuts followed the next day. Wheels were packed very well to help avoid damage. A lot of styles to choose from but unfortunately, several I liked were out of stock. Having customer's photos with the wheels installed on cars similar to mine helped me make my decision.
One of the few websites where they were able to tell me inventory status during my search. Others, I had to try to place an ordered before being told wheels were unavailable. Also, prices were competitive.
My shopping experience was great. It was quick and easy. I found what I was looking for with ease.

Order was placed on a Wednesday morning and delivery was said to be by end of day Friday. But that didn't happen. However once cover was picked up it arrived in the 3 day period as predicted, which was a Sunday morning. Package in good shape and the cover was fairly easy to install even with one person. So far I'm happy. Cover looks really good and appears to have good weather seals all around. I hope it stays that way!
