I placed an order and I ended up getting sent the wrong items.

I got a catalog in the mail today and was looking through it to find a GT500 Front Bumper for $694.99 in the catalog. When I look through the website it's priced at $979.99. I call American muscles support and ask why they would have such a price difference in this item. They say that the item had a price change months ago and that the catalog had an old price. But how could that happen if I just had gotten the catalog today. I will not be having my business with this company anymore.

Upon seeing the picture of this item, I wanted it to add to my '21 Challenger. Ordering it was easy by just following the directions. I've ordered numerous products, and this was the simplest- just follow the
Prompts! I emailed a number of photos of my "build" a couple of weeks ago and have not received any
Notification of your receiving them, nor have I seen them being used in every magazine I've received.
I tried to address this by phone, but when Chris transferred me, I was cut off.

My decal stickers arrived 2 days after I placed my order, I like the fact that you can see instructional videos and plenty of reviews with photos so you actually get an idea of the final look on your vehicle, everything I bought fits perfectly. It is hard to get the actual product needed for your vehicle at other sites.

Enough is enough with this company. First they sent me a part they knew was wrong. Then wanted photos of the part that was even taken out of the package. They agreed to pay the return shipping and low and behold when my visa refund came back it was less return shipping. Good luck...your gonna need it.

There is an error when I log-in, and it states, call Customer Service if this continues. I have called multiple times and each time the rep will say, "oh, we will get someone right on that!" It's been over a month and not so much as an e-mail or call. Nothing! In the past, AM has sent me the wrong parts a few times times and on orders worth hundred of dollars, not only the wrong spoiler the second time, but the wrong one again with incorrect color. I canceled the order and purchased a spoiler from their competitor who got it right the first time. American Muscle does have some great products with decent pricing, but their customer service is one of the worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. AM! You can do better, much better. CJ Pony parts and Carid, you have my business now!

I figured I'd give it a shot since it was only $13, but the installation was a nightmare and once they were on, they just looked cheap. Ended up just tearing them off

My experience has been terrible. The 1st product ordered, now being returned, looked as it was a used and was a previously returned item. The second item ordered is not what was shown on the website. It too will be returned.

Shopping on their online website is a rather simple process, as with many other vendors. Saved profiles do tend to simplify the purchases I have made over the years.

My only issue, many of the American Muscle products are simply over priced. For instance, my purchase today it's for a chin spoiler. A simple piece of molded plastic, 4 inches wide by 5 feet for nearly $350. Simply ridiculous. To that end, I have found many of the same products on Amazon, at half the price.

I ordered on a friday and i received it by monday which is crazy fast shipping! Products overall are great quality and i have been receiving a-lot of compliments on my new exhaust so overall great experience with American muscle!

Accidentally ordered 2 flywheels instead of one. American muscle contacted me and was very helpful with the situation. Have been ordering parts from here for 8+ years and have always been more than pleased with their service and parts quality.

I ordered 3 open box wheels they sent me two wheels that werent even close to what i ordered now they want me to return them for store credit and arent willing to do anything for my inconvenience. On top of this these wheels were a Christmas present

I have bought numerous items from this company for my vehicle, and there online business alone rocks. They offer free shipping on all their engine/drivetrain parts, ( i think you have to pay for shipping on some body parts and rims/tire packages)

For those do-it-yourselfers, they offer online guides for installing those new parts you bought along with phone support. You can also ask questions regarding parts that you think will not fit to what bolt ons you should buy first. I personally have an account set up with them to help others with this.

All in all this is a really great company to buy form if you own a mustang and are looking to rebuild/restore or just to make it look good.

Building my Camaro has only gotten easier with AM's online catalog of hundreds of parts. There's plenty of items I found on other websites but you can't trust those like AM! Now I'm finally getting back to building my car!

Just wish the prices were alittle more affordable on "some" items. Most though are unbeatable.
Over all I absolutely LOVE AM! I've bought almost everything for my 10' Mustang GT Premium here. I am never disappointed.

I gave them all the info from my car. The widebody kit they sent does not allow for fog lights even though they said it would. The lower grill does not have the adaptive cruise control sensor cut out and they made me buy a second lower grill. I paid monetarily for their mistake. The kit came without seals that goes between the new fender flares and fenders. I had to buy those also. I ordered a fog light kit that I was told would work. They do not work. In fact for this particular widebody kit there are no aftermarket fog light kits. I just feel like American Muscle should've known ALL of this. Seems to me that everybody at American Muscle has no idea about the products they sell.

I ordered a used part and was very excited to snag a deal, the used part showed very light wear and tear and no major issues. Part got delivered to my home, open the package and come to find out AmericanMuscle sent me window vents for an unknown vehicle? Very disappointing to say the least and the representative I spoke to about the return said "this happens all the time". How can I shop with confidence in mind knowing that what I may order next may perhaps be an unknown part.

Didn't have a long enough hose line to plug in the throttle body section so had to buy one. Space for fitment is pretty much a squeeze and had to cut one of the rubber sleeves down to size in order to make a good fit around the throttle body.
Overall with an hour of struggle and bit of sweat and patience. It all came out fine.

Love this website I already bought a cold air intake off of here and it's sweet definitely but something off here if you're interested in it because it's great quality and they have a lot of licensed stuff from ford on here too!

Since I was able to shop using the specific model and year, I easily found too many great gift ideas. I finally settled on a gift card so HE could figure out what to buy! Card arrived in the mail very quickly too!

After calling in for something like the tenth time. I finally ask to speak to a supervisor with this on going issue I been having since June. I order a Oracle Headlight set for my vehicle, the installer that I was sent to by Install Connect did a botch job on the install. Long story short, supervisor Nicky, give me some comfort concerning this issue by talking to me with care for my issue and give me her direct phone number. This was a big relief, because calling in and explaining you issue to a this rep every time get very old. But Nicky a sure me that I would get my new Oracle Headlight set and a refund for having two new set order at the same time. Thank you Nicky.
