Ordering was easy, shipment came early. I figured the replacement stripes I ordered might be a little smaller or shorter bc of several reviews (in general not just American muscle). The hood stripes are more shorter then expected. The trunk stripes look good but the spoiler stripes are wider. Wish I would not have ordered.

I was really nervous I had to go through the dealer to get brake and rotors which would have been a little over 2k out the door. You guys saved me over 1700$ with this product. These brakes and rotors fit my 392 charger like a glove. Can't believe how much I saved.

Called yesterday and was told and lied to again that they would be delivered today, no delivery today so called again and was told out for delivery tomorrow. This company is a disgrace to the automotive parts world, all they did was make mistakes and then try and lie their way out. Never ever will I use American muscle, call rock auto lot better customer service and more reliable company.

I ordered Brake pads and rotors. The brake pads were such bad quality, they broke the retraction springs right outta the box. For something as important as brake systems, they have really bad quality. They refused to compensate me for the labor charges I had to pay which costed more than the kit. They asked me to ship the thing back, but I lost the little spring and now I have to buy a whole new set.
Horrible product and horrible customer service.

This site has everything you need! The parts are high quality. Shipping is quick and easy. The customer reviews and ratings are very helpful in making a decision. Having the ability to view the modifications installed on identical vehicles is great. The video libraries make installing the parts a snap!

I paid extra for 2 day shipping but still ended up getting my parts 5 days later. Wasn't the end of the world but still kind of frustrating when you pay extra to get something sooner. Overall I received my parts and everything is fine but just for future reference to anyone ordering you may not receive your parts on the day you're expecting even if you pay extra to have it sooner.

I have ordered for my 2013 dodge charger and my 2016 dodge charger like everything!

Long story short, I ordered a set of their staggered 19" AMR wheels and 3 out of the 4 wheels came scratched. I called their customer service department and it was an argument battle for 45 minutes between their rep, Nate and "supervisor", Tony. After a complaint to the BBB, I'm still not satisfied with their solution for touch up paint reimbursement. It's a shame of all the thousands of dollars I loyally spent for a company to treat their customers like garbage. Never again!

I love the look of these side skirts, can't wait to install them. There were a few nicks and minor chips but it won't be too big of a deal since they need to be wrapped. The side skirt's packaging did say Vicrez but these side skirts were cheaper on AM than off of Vicrez so I find that a bit strange but not complaining.

Bought the MBRP cat back street version and love the sound. Good quality for a great price.
One disclaimer that should be added for installation is for convertibles.
After watching numerous videos, it appeared it was straight forward. When I climbed under the car, the convertible has a V shaped rigidity support frame that goes from the rear to mid frame. Studied the problem and finally bit the bullet and removed it. It's held on with 15,15 mm bolts and if you have an impact wrench, it comes off fairly easy.
Once rigidity frame is removed, it is just like the regular de-installation / installation.

One last thing, the pipes rest on the frame and it adds to the low volume drone. I will look for heat resistance padding to put between the pipes and frames. Sure that cut down on the vibration.

Web sight stated item was in stock and ready to ship, ordered several other parts to complete my mod. Received an email that the other parts had shipped, however the main part would not ship for 45 days. Really, having known that I wouldn't have ordered everything.

The purchase workflow was buggy. When I input my Postal Code (I live in Canada, if that matters) the City field was cleared out.
Also the shipping was estimated at $40 for $50 worth of goods, which is a lot. When I finally got to the final purchase screen, the shipping was set to $18, which is much more reasonable. But after I submitted the purchase, the following screen showed $40 shopping again. I'm not 100% sure I would have made the purchase if it was actually $40.
Also the receipt I received in my email made no mention of shipping costs.

Shopping is always easy and convenient with this shop...

I'm not sure what the reason for change is with this company. It was super fast processing of orders, shipping, and good customer service. Now, they ship everything with FedEx SmartPost which is the absolute worst, and lie about the shipping time and type. The boxes come looking like they were ran over, beaten to death, and damaged like the actual item. The items are being shipped used or returned, not NEW. The customer service now is the absolute WORST. The CS reps have no idea what they are doing, don't care about the customers or their poor experiences with shipping, ordering, refunds, or that their shipping vendor destroys customer items and lies about delivering items. BUYER BEWARE. And good luck ever getting a refund for their used & destroyed garbage. You can email, chat, and call all you like but they just keep putting you into an infinite loop of saying they will refund your money but NEVER do.

I spend alot of money at American muscle.com. I buy everything for my mustang there. I ordered an expensive hood from them February10. Got lost in the mail. Second one I order I received April 23. Second one was damaged. Not by the freight carrier. It was a $#*!ty mold. Be careful buying hoods from them.

Great deal and pretty fast shipping, many more parts to come.

Twice I ordered floor mats for a 2004 Mustang convertible. Both times they cancelled my order. I did not ask for my order to be canceled. Both times I simply inquired as to tracking information. I was not upset with waiting for the mats... I do understand shipping has been a challenge during this time. I simply emailed them to ask for tracking information and the very next day (both times) I received an email saying that they cancelled my order.

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with... They clearly don't read their emails. As a matter of fact it seems that some non-human computer is just spitting out random replies to emails...

We were going to buy other things from this company but we will take our business elsewhere and we will advise others to do the same.

Tried to cancel after only 15 minutes placing order and said I couldn't because set up for shipping. And did not receive a cancellation email as promised with instructions how to return item... I can understand if it was more than an hour after placing the order but 15 minutes?

On a Sunday ordered two of an item by mistake. Since it was Sunday their customer service was closed,
So was unable to correct the order. However they shipped it out on Sunday evening, so now I have to go through the hassle or returning the item, and paying for return shipping.

American muscle site is just overall amazing. It tells you everything you need to know about the item, if it will fit your car. They also have it to where you can post your builds and see other people with your same car just different. Super cool
