First of all ordering any kind of decals now days make me nervous but American Muscle packing is top notch! These Hash Marks are well made! Instructions for putting on were pretty straight forward to make process easy even if you've never done it. Love how it came out!
I do not recommend buying the third brake light from American muscle for the new edge cars. The fitment is sub par and trying to get a return label is like speaking to a wall. My emails don't get a reply and now I'm stuck with a break light sitting in a box in my trunk. I ordered a different replacement tail light from national parts depot, which has high reviews. I will probably never buy anything from America muscle again. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with returns from this company.
I ordered exterior door handle kit. All I received was 2 door handles and 1 set of rivets.

Package was late but when I got them I completely forgot about it because how nice these wheels are, they are very well packaged so there's no worries of your item being damaged. These wheels are BEAUTIFUL and I absolutely love them, I can't wait to get some tires for them.

It was difficult to get 4 wheels, it was hard to get rears that are bigger than the fronts. Overall I thought it would be 680$ but somehow became 890$ VERY quick, I can't complain because this company is great and quality product is big money, so I'll just say I had a good time although it was a little confusing.

I received a Mishmoto coolant overflow tank that was damaged in shipping. Contacted AM and sent them some pictures and they sent me the return information and then shipped me a replacement the next day.
I've always had great customer service from the entire staff on orders or returns.
I've had good shopping experience with great products detail and the how to videos are great. Even the return process. I had a package that was delivered and left at the front door. The box was damaged and some parts missing and some damage on the part. One call and a few pictures. Free return and they replacing the part fast with in 24 hrs.

I ordered my bama tuner on a Monday and it said free 1 day shipping. I paid a large amount for the product and waited till the next day. It didn't come so I checked the website again and it changed to 2 day free delivery and then said expected delivery Thursday which isn't 1 or 2 day shipping then when I got my package I didn't even get a bama tuner sticker but other than that I got what I wanted and it eventually got here even though it took longer than said

My order was late and they would not do anything about it. I will not be buying anything from them again. Poor customer service with shady people.
When I ordered it there was delivery date on the website and when I told them about it they said it was an estimate.
The delivery date is when I needed it by but that did not happen and they would not compensate me for it being late.
Cancelled order 46 minutes after. Already in the system even though it was still being processed. Now I have to take a picture of the unopened box so AM can authorize a return label...

Although I did receive a few parts that would not cross over to my Chrysler, they were extremely efficient and willing to get the situation taken care of. I would highly recommend American Muscle to my family and friends for performance parts.

Quick shipping, good customer service. But parts I got were defective. I know it is not AM fault, but now I have to return them for exchange. Problem is I do not have a printer for return label and nearest FedEx I can go to for them to ship It with QR code is 45 minute drive. So my birthday present I won't have until probably a week after my birthday. I wish AM had another way of shipping returned items.

Products are great, decent priced even for the house brand stuff. Shipping was fast, in the day of Amazon we are all spoiled by over night or 2 day shipping. But American Muscle is on par with Amazon. No issues, everything fit as expected.

Ordered a ring and pinion. It was pre used but was suppose to be in excellent condition. They were packaged terrible and in box loosely. Just had brown paper over the top of them. Pinion gear was chipped off the edges on a couple of spots. Contacted am. They gave me 10.00 credit For my trouble. I spent more then that in tape and gas taking them to FedEx to ship back. I won't be using that 10.00 credit and I'll use any other company before I use american muscle ever again.

Driver and passenger side floor mats fit like a glove. The mats are not flimsy and will last the rain, dirt and sand from shoes. Highly recommend. Description was spot on. Delivery was fast and on time. Anything for our 2010 Glass Top Mustang GT!

I ordered a radiator with an oil cooler,oil catch can,Never received a radiator only two oil coolers and the catch can didn't have enough parts to properly install
I looked for this on other sites and found it for the same price, but all the others charged for shipping. AM was free. Item was delivered ahead of schedule, too.

I ordered a set of headlights for my 2015 Camaro ss, I received the delivery on time but it was the wrong product in the box. Called customer service submitted pics three business days later I had a label to ship them back. 10 days later I receive my replacement headlights and they sent the exact same wrong ones. Now I have to start the process all over and wait another 10 or so days to hopefully receive the correct parts. I will say the customer service people are friendly and try to help but are unwilling to go ahead and ship out my replacements even though my car is in the paint shop waiting on headlights for almost a month.
The grille looks good but the left driving light didn't fit right so I had to gring a tab off so it sat flush. Not real happy about having to do that.
Tuner worked and loaded a 93 performance Bama tune on my 08 Mustang Gt. So far the only issue I've had is loading the tune. It wouldn't connect to my hotspot and my WiFi did work. The combo definitely works but I would just go with the x4 tuner option
