First of all ordering any kind of decals now days make me nervous but American Muscle packing is top notch! These Hash Marks are well made! Instructions for putting on were pretty straight forward to make process easy even if you've never done it. Love how it came out!
I do not recommend buying the third brake light from American muscle for the new edge cars. The fitment is sub par and trying to get a return label is like speaking to a wall. My emails don't get a reply and now I'm stuck with a break light sitting in a box in my trunk. I ordered a different replacement tail light from national parts depot, which has high reviews. I will probably never buy anything from America muscle again. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with returns from this company.
I tried doing installments with shop to pay over 3 months but it wouldn't go through and told me to contact the merchant. Tried doing paypal payments but it took the whole amount instead. Other than that the shopping experience was easy, the items arrived fast with standard shipping, and they came in good condition undamaged. Cant say much about the quality as it's a present for my boyfriend and he hasn't tested them out yet but i know he wouldn't want something sh*tty so i take it that it's gonna be good quality.

I ordered a set of brake pads and rotors. The rotors came in two different boxes and brake pads in their own box. So 3 boxes total. The rotors I got within 2-3 days and the brake pads didn't make it in the 2-5 business days as stated when I ordered. As we all know you have to have a complete set to install and run and this only inconvenienced me where I had to go buy other brake pads separately just to get my car running. Instead of offering to send me the pads next day delivery they said they had to do an RMA which takes another 3 days and then send me a new set which would've taken another week just to get to me. After this I'm just gonna stick to local shops
I purchased a set of half shafts for my 2015 Gt. This is while they had a promo going on where if you spent over 299 you got a $50 credit. First they wouldn't let me use it on a set of wheel bearings I needed stating the only stipulation was I had to use it between 8/12 and 8/19 so I waited then wanted to get a shift knob that was $65... After multiple attempts over 3 days to get ahold of Matt with American muscle he said oh sorry $50 credit is only good for orders over $300 what a joke could have used it for my beatings but they wouldn't let me... Stay away from this place the they are a joke...
The description was 100% accurate, shipping was fast and the item arrived within the 2 hour projected time, and the price was the lowest found on any site. Having videos about the install of the product was a huge help.

The install was pretty simple just wish the instructions were more detailed, they gave wire colors but in my specific vehicle I had the more than one wire in each side that was the same color so I had to figure out which wires were which, but overall a nice product

Received my chrome FR500 wheels in 3 days. Upon inspection found one of them defective, a deep ding before chroming and a scratch in the bead area. Deciding to keep it as a spare to have the spare match, I called customer support and at a very agreeable conclusion purchased a 5th wheel that just arrived today.

Springs are delightful. Put them on my 2018 daytona and to my surprise it actually feels like they handle better than my original springs. Apart from that it lowers the car to the perfect height. 10/10

I ordered matte black quarter window louvers for my 2021 mustang and installed them yesterday. I received plenty of 3M tape which was great and they are pretty nice quality! Only issue is that the top corner of one of the louvers came unstuck from the tape so I have to put on more but overall I'm very happy!

I order a strut and shock assembly and it got lost in transit in FedEx. So I didn't have to wait weeks I bought one strut/ shock. Now I have to wait on some investigation to even get my money back or store credit. When obviously it never arrived to me it shows lost in transit. And my car has been sitting at a shop for a week with 3 shocks on. I have to pay daily for it sitting there. Hopefully this one shock arrives soon.
I have had nothing but on time deliveries. Product is always exactly as described and exactly what i wanted. The site help by telling you if the product fits or not instanly and many people like me leave reviews and picture of before and after and info on instalation, which make it easy when purchasing. Great job guys keep up the good work.
I purchased the C&L lower control arms about two months/ 150 miles ago and one of the bushings split and caused serious issues with handling and excessive noise. AM attempted to find a replacement bushing but none to be found anywhere, none exists. No warranty, no defective part replacement and poor quality of serviceable of parts. I was stuck buying another set so I could drive again. Very frustrating!
I bought a suspension kit and thought because of the pictures. It was what I was getting. The description did not state otherwise. Tried to work with customer service to receive the one part out of the kit. I needed, and all they wanted to do was give me a little bit of money and not the part and now won't reply. Pictures do not represent what you are getting. And there is no description to tell you what you're actually getting. So it's a crap shoot on what you're ordering.
Part ordered stated it would fit my car but it didn't. Ordered new Part said estimated delivery 2 days. Then it said 1 month! Had to cancel these waiste my time to send back via FedEx and now I have to wait to be reimbursed $400!

They sold me a bunch of parts that don't fit my car when their website stated they would and aren't refunding me or compensating me at all even though it's their mistake and wouldn't even give me $10 for leaving the first review on their website even though it was a bad one, that's their fault as well! I want my refund and my $10 I was promised! I'm out money for their map sensor, another one I bought from a separate company that did the same thing and the third one I had to buy that actually fit my car(thank god) this has been a night mare and these guys are an absolute joke, Jackson does not know what he is talking about point blank!
I ordered a locking fuel door and after five days of processing the order, PayPal was charged $129.95. After another day the order still said processing online. I called the customer service department and they said that the order system said shipped but did not have a tracking number. Harry said he would send an email and inquire about the order status and someone would respond to me by email. I did get a response by email later that day and they said the item was out of stock and would take three weeks to get the part. When i ordered the part i specifically made sure their online system said in stock and the printed receipt said in stock. I told them to cancel the order and refund the money to PayPal. I then immediately pulled up the part online and it said in stock. Good thing I paid by PayPal as they will settle grievances for their customers.
Tip for consumers:
If you have to order from them use PayPal for protection.

Product box came beat up and product slightly damaged. I was able to fix it for the most part and it doesn't seem like the damage affected the product. Damage was caused before shipping as shipping box was not damaged so someone saw it and shipped it anyway. Again not a huge deal but it doesn't instill confidence.

Most of the items I ordered said it could be 4-6 weeks before they shipped. Everything was shipped quickly (within 7-10) days. I even got items delivered on Sunday. Everything was packaged nicely to protect the products I ordered. I was able to track the progress from time of order to when shipped and the shipping was free.

I have always been a car guy and I like to tinker plus stock sucks. I have a challenger that I enjoy playing with and I have used Jegs,summit in the past but now I use American Muscle for all my needs. They are friendly and helpful like the others without giving you the feeling that you're just a number to them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fast shipping, good value but got the wrong item. I bought a sequential tail light harness for my original tail lights but got the wrong one. I kept it anyways because didn't want to place a return and both do the same job (I think) and the customer service never answered the phone. Ordered a set of staggered wheels. Rears sent to me. After three month and countless phone calls. I was told the front wheels were discontinued. But good news. I can get a 6% discount on any other wheels they sell. 6 % 's a slap in the face. They have refunded the money for the front wheels. I have sent the rear wheels back to them and was told I would get a refund for them as well. I put tires on the rims so I will wait and see if I really do get a full refund. I will not be buying from them ever again.
Didn't install them didn't like them. Started to the return them on your website. And found out you are charging me to return them. I'll never order from you again. If your going to have internet company and you want to keep people happy you can't charge for returns. So I have keep this stuff because I am not giving you any more of my money.
I purchased a set of wheels with tires on them (Michelin pilot super sports) and they sent me 2 of the wrong tires on my 2 front wheels, i called them for them to fix it with me willing to return the other tires that i never purchased, and they said it was out of stock, so it would take 2-3 weeks for them to ship which is awesome. I call back 1 month later with no tires and they tell me they arnt sending me any tires. After they sent me a return label for the wrong tires and a order confirmation for the right tires. Dont purchase from them unless you want a headache.
The company you have delivering is ignorant and very unprofessional. With all the packaging stealing in this time it's ridiculous that they can deliver the package they can take a picture of the product delivered to cover their $#*!! But they can't notify the home owners that it's been delivered no pride but most of all no RESPECT for the customer that keeps them having a job. Very unhappy.
The experience was overall good, I really like how the lights came out. The only issue is that if u have a 2018 and up mustang the light bulb for the trunk isn't useful due to Ford deciding to put LED light instead of a bulb.
I got all my products I ordered, one was damaged but I don't want to go through the hassle of returning it for a bunch of scratches. The lowering springs were shipped to me in an oversized box with the springs just thrown in there no packaging, no peanuts or foam or even old newspapers just the springs thrown in there loosely, first time I've ordered from them using LMR mostly. I'm not pleased with how they shipped it out but I'm not missing anything.
Price for suspension kit and only place besides eBay that carries the particular clutch I wanted
