First of all ordering any kind of decals now days make me nervous but American Muscle packing is top notch! These Hash Marks are well made! Instructions for putting on were pretty straight forward to make process easy even if you've never done it. Love how it came out!
I do not recommend buying the third brake light from American muscle for the new edge cars. The fitment is sub par and trying to get a return label is like speaking to a wall. My emails don't get a reply and now I'm stuck with a break light sitting in a box in my trunk. I ordered a different replacement tail light from national parts depot, which has high reviews. I will probably never buy anything from America muscle again. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with returns from this company.
I don't like the fact that I don't do the packing and shipping. They do of course. It's coming TO me. Yet they want me to be responsible for the quality of their packing and shipping and the reliability of the company they use to ship it. At the end of the sale they ask if I want to BUY insurance to ensure the package they are mailing to me arrives safely. I always insure packages that I am SENDING. It's the senders item until it's in the receivers possession. Just another way to fleece consumers.

The lights I ordered are what I wanted but one does not work. It's no big deal. I ordered another pack cause I like having a back up. But it's disappointing because the one that works is exactly what I wanted. Hopefully the new pack will both work.

I followed your instructions on your website to get a wheel locks. Your website says I could use a post office box. I gave a post office box number. My order went through. Then couple hours later I get a phone call and text saying they cannot deliver to a P O box. You need to fix your website. You wasted my time. Hopefully not my money

Overall the customer service and shopping experience is GREAT with AM. My only complaint is the lack of knowledge with the Linkswell (Navos) T style radio. I have purchase alot of items and this was the only one they really couldn't help with and there is no technical help from Linkswell either. I will continue to purchase from AM.
It was good, have done the purchase online, was shipped in the same day and delivery was actually before than the estimated delivery. Let´s see the quality of the product now if will attend the expectations, until now OK.

I ordered item I really needed immediately. I paid the extra shipping to have item expedited. American Muscle failed to ship the item in time so I would receive my item in the time frame I paid for. I could have ordered this item from Amazon and received it on time but instead try to support a local company and got burnt. Never again will I purchase anything from them.
Delivery was quick and it was easy to install. I received the product 2 days after I ordered it. And even though it was a open box discount I was pleased that everything I needed was still there. I will be shopping AM again!

My son wanted these twilights for his 16th birthday. He has a 2007 Mustang and loves making it his.
I was at work when he decided to install them. It took him less than an hour to get them installed and working.
They really look cool and give the car an updated look.
We have purchased several things for his 2007 mustang. The shipping is always fast and the parts are quality parts.
He likes the sequential style lights.
It was good but didn't fit my car so had to do some mods to it. My car is a 04 manual mustang it said it would fit but didn't first time and had to buy some plug extension. But we still got it and the air intake is still bad $#*!

So I have order multiple times from American mucsle thinking that the first order they messed up was just a one time thing. Well I have been proven wrong about three times now. First time is when I ordered wheels and tires took them a month to ship they kept telling me my order had been shipped and I would get it on this day, well that day came and went no order. Took them over a month to finally get them too me. Ordered a another part from them they changed my correct zip code to another zip code in a completely different state. Everything on the address was correct but they changed only that and I have no clue as of why. Every order I place from them is always messed up and takes weeks to receive your order do yourself a favor and order from another business and get your parts on time
Had a mechanic install the exhaust about 10 miles down the road threw a check engine light on due to you need exhaust valve delete sensors when I baught it it said fully bolt on and it was but now I have to spend an extra 200 dollars on valve deletes sensors

These coils and plugs made my stang like new again. No more rough idle. Plugs did need to be gaped as they were not to spec. Otherwise, I'm happy.
I always shop here.
This item is working good so far. Hardest part was putting it together. Install was about 15 minutes. This replaced an older CAI I had. Sounds a little deeper than my old one.
Easy to deal with.
I was looking for a radiator for my 1996 mustang gt. Put the info in correctly and was recommended the wrong radiator. It was for a 5.0 or a v6 mustang. Now I have to order a new reservoir for my car as well.
It was recommended to me from a friend.

I was sent the wrong item, it took 2 customer service personnel to figure this out, the first offered a discount to make it work and said I would have to contact tech support. The second person asked for more information and found that I was send the wrong part. I gave it a 4 do to the wrong part and the first person I talked with to resolve the issue. The second person did an excellent job with the issue at hand.
Although my order was lost the customer service and feedback was phenomenal the staff stayed in constant correspondence with me and even refunded me my shipping cost customer service assured me that my package would arrive on schedule and it did excellent customer service
Attention to detail and very descriptive on their products especially specs so that the customer has enough information to make the best decision on upgrades

AmericanMuscle is an easy site to navigate and has a ton of items to buy. The biggest thing for me is the install videos. It's good to see what it takes to do the install before you buy it and try it.

My stainless vent covers look great. Just take your time installing. If you don't get them perfect then the vent won't open or close properly. Quality product with fast shipping
