Buying at American muscle is one of the best feelings we have. We have no problem accessing, much less looking for a product on the page, AM suggests you keep buying and buying, the only problem I find is not having more money to buy in AM.
AM has it all, great website great store, gladly recommended AM to my friends and family.

I relied heavily on AM for my first mustang build. When I lost it, I was devastated. I went with a 4banger. 5 years of sadness followed. I have another mustang. I will always use AM for their service and prompt response to questions

Received a defective part. Called to return it and was offered a compromise. The part is defective and cannot be used. They agreed to issue an RMA. FedEx picked up the package on 8/10. They stated that I will receive a confirmation of the refund once FedEx accepts the package. I did not. I called and the poorly trained representative said he, "can't make any promises." The poorly trained representative placed me on hold for what appears to be purposeful. Extremely poor service. Extremely poor quality. Extremely bad experience.

Customer service representatives are super! I had an issue with improper parts in a rocker kit. Not once, but TWICE! Customer service addressed the problem and promptly issued an RGA. Unfortunately, the rocker kit was ultimately purchased elsewhere. But this Customer service team knocked it out of the park!

Love buying parts for my mustang. Thankyou for good service. Only thing that didnt go well was holes didnt match up with existing holes in mustang and was also given cheap tabs for a heavy part. Other than that everything perfect.

I've wanted this part for a long time. The exchange rate from US to Canadian plus the $50 shipping cost was just too much.
When I learned that my sister-in-law who lives in the US was coming to Canada over the US Thanksgiving weekend I had the part shipped to her and she will bring it when she comes to visit. I look forward to receiving the parcel and putting the part on my car.

I thought I ordered rear wheel liners but received front ones instead. Looking at your site I cannot figure out how to tell the difference when ordering. I can use the front ones, but I need the rear wheel liners bad.

I ordered a complete kit of Z26 street warrior front and rear for my 2017 gt with performance pack. I noticed right away they were sending me the wrong parts and called it to there attention. What I received wast 2 wrong front rotors and 3 sets of front brake pads. Nothing for the rear of the car. I sent everything back and still had to wait for my money back. Now I'm in to this for over 20 days without my money being fully returned. I'm outraged and will never use them again and I have informed all my friends who I talked into using them, not to use them. I asked to speak to a supervisor every time I called and never got to talk to one. I've logged over 10 hours on the phone trying to get my money back.

I order a hood decal that was out off stock for months. I did finally receive it. However as soon as a received it. A hood vent also can to be available. So I called to return the vinyl hood decal and purchase the more expensive hood vent since they confirmed its now available. But a week later a called to get a status on my hood-vent order just to be informed that is out of stock. And I was informed that my return was received and I would only get partial refund since it's their policy. So l am without decal nor hood vent and lost money in all this Crazy

I love American Muscle, I have been a Ford nut forever. It all started back in 1973, my Dad and I raced an original 1964 Thunderbolt. I have love mustang's since then. American Muscle has always been where I go for parts.

Ordered a set of rotors and pads for my challenger. Got the rotor installed no problem. Go to put the pads in and they are incorrect. If you make a set for a vehicle you really should make sure they are the correct parts for vehicle

The product arrived within a week of ordering and the product was of good quality. What I'm disappointed with is that the finish on the product was a brushed aluminum and not chrome as was displayed on the website. Also, the product was a little smaller than the side markers it is framing.

Nothing good except the site of nice-looking parts. Don't be fooled! Had a issue with every single thing i've gotten there and finally feed up after terrible customer services on three seperate communications.

I have bought 1000's of dollars of mods from AM. The shipping is always fast and on time. The product is almost always right on the money. And in a couple instances I had a problem, the costumer service was on it fast and made the problem right with either exchange, store credit, or refund of money no questions asked. Don't know what site the people are using, but the American Muscle I go through is always top quality in all aspects.

The ordering and receiving of the spare tire for my 2016 Ford Mustang was easy breezy. However, the lug nut bar didn't fit the lug nuts on the car. My husband needed to file it down to make the bar fit the lug nuts.

The Pypes exhaust I ordered did not come with the 2.25 in to 3.0 in. Adapters like it waa suppose to. Do you know who sells those adapters in person? No one. Spent 60 extra dollars at the local auto parts store buying 2.25 to 2.50 adapters and 2.50 to 3.0 adapters to make a ghetto rigged setup so the exhaust would work.

I recently purchased the MMD style bar for my 2006 Mustang convertible. I had been wanting to add this to my Mustang project to enhance the looks of it. I had no real need for the brake light portion, so I patiently waited to find one that wasn't Uber expensive. I finally succeeded and will be installing the light bar this weekend. Thanks to all.

After I lost all power to my car With my 15 month old in the backseat. I had my car towed to a mechanic to find out The throttle response sold to me was faulty. Unfortunately, there is no warranty not only did I buy the throttle response I had to buy the programmer to program it myself Couple 100 bucks down the drain. So the best I can do is advise against it also by a loover.That was immediately sent back that junk
