Product arrived quickly, and it appearted to fit my car, and be the correct item. However the screwholes did not match at all, not even close! I read a review where another customer experienced the same thing. I suspect Ford changed this hole configuration mid-production. I was able to make my own holes underneath the hood using a Dremel tool and was able to install the bug guard. I did consult with one of your agents about what to do. She was truly excellent, I had many options. I have no complaints regarding service. The bug guard for my 2002 Mustang is installed, looks and works great.

The agent was respectful, patient, and cared about my issue. She suggested several options. It was obviously she wanted me find the best solution for my needs. I would contact American Muscle again for a future purchase.

Purchased a bbk clutch quadrant and clutch cable a year ago. Installed it in vehicle clutch cable ended up stretching and bird caging on the firewall. American Muscle has sent me 4 replacements. All 4 stretched and bird caged. It has been absolutely ridiculous on how they have handled it. Also spoke to bbk today and they said they haven't heard of one clutch cable breaking. So both bbk and American Muscle is both telling me it's my problem.

The SCT X4 was easy to purchase, shipped lightning fast too. However, and this was proven but a subsequent purchase a couple days later with some shocks. The SCT was in a plastic bag sized for it wit a plastic bag sized appropriately, or at least it was supposed to be. It was loose in the box flopping around. At the time I thought we'll that's a one off situation. A couple of days later my Bilstein shocks showed up, shipped in just the thin box the manufacture packaged them in with both ends blown out of the box. I haven't looked to see if everything is there yet, I'm sure AM will take care of me if not.
Also, my promo code coupon did not come via email for my next order. CS confirmed I have it but I'll have to call in when I place my order. Far less than convenient and if I have to place the order over the phone, I'm far less likely to purchase more items impromptu.

Ordered catback system, I got 2 left side tailpipes, this was 3 weeks ago. Called customer service, was told I would receive the right one in 2 days. Well, it was more like 4 days and it was another left side. Another week has gone by and I'm still waiting. My car is sitting at a very busy business, and their on us to get the car out of there. I was told on Friday, I would get it on Monday.It's now Monday and customer service tells me that I won't get it for a few more days! What a bunch of bull.Not a happy American Muscle customer!

I was ordering a 'Door Pull' & mistakenly ordered 'door pull trim', I have already returned the product and am awaiting confirmation and store credit.

Ford preferments Brembo six piston brake upgrade

Why would you put this upgrade kit in with the GT 500 style strut mount upgrade. I wasn't looking for it but it sure is hidden and should be on the break page.

I was delivered the wrong item, even though AM was quick on the response and offered to send the right part I needed to get the car fixed so I had to ask for a refund and get the part in a local shop. I have bought other parts from AM and never had any issues. They are very professional and have a awesome costumer service. It was just unfortunate. (The star rating was for this purchase in particular, but overall it's a good place to get your parts and definitely recommend!)

Good, fast shipping, however, my BMR aluminum bushings are dinged up pretty good, for being brand new I wasn't very happy about that. Granted they are just differential bushings and won't be in plain sight, but just the principal.

They make you jump through hoops to return items. Part don't fit rite and now want all this extra stuff to return.

I placed an order on 3/14/16. Got an email from "Bama" to provide info for my tune. The next day I got an email that they were out of stock. I was never told which item was unavailable and if or when it would be available. I tried numerously to call the customer support line but could never get through. I tried responding to emails they sent me but could not get a response. I even sent them my phone number and requested they call me when they get time. No response. My question to every perspective customer, if you cannot get reasonable responses for potential orders, what kind of customer support do you think you will get if there is a receipt/product issue?

Item I ordered said it was in stock and ship within 3-5 business days, I call 2 weeks later to see why it still has not shipped and they say it is on backorder and going to be another 2-3 weeks and their website still says that it is in stock and available to ship even though they know it is on back order.

Excellent no issues everything fits as it should I don't go nowhere else for my car parts.

Item is for gen 2 mustang 2015-2017 only. You have to delete actuator/IMRC. It won't fit other years yet they will tell you it will fit. Instead of understanding the situation and admitting the wrong description of website about product and misleading team. Bobbie and the rest of the team kept saying our policy is 30 days. Is your policy also states the american muscle provides wrong info about the product they are selling. Then they advice go ask help from others or ford performance technician which i did and this is what they told me this part is only for gen 2 mustang. Nice way to keep a customer. Horrible absolutely Horrible

Order a solid aluminum machined shifter knob, Mach 1 style, for my 2002 GT. Gorgeous appearance and well-made. The challenge was getting it to fit properly on the shift lever. They provide a nut that should be threaded on the lever prior to the shifter knob. Once done, the shifter knob doesn't sit low enough on the lever. Instead, I had to insert a filler piece inside the knob itself, and used a plastic drywall anchor. Then, I was able to screw the knob down firmly and tightly on the threaded shift lever. My makeshift solution seems to work, but wish more thought had been given to threading and properly seating the shifter knob on the standard, OEM shift lever.

I placed an order and the day before it was to arrive I received an email that the order was canceled due to pay pal using the wrong delivery address. AM tried to blame pay pal and takes no responsibility. I needed those parts as my car is in a body shop.
I will never order from AM again.

They gave me the wrong year of tail light cover and tint but the brakes are good

The product I ordered is exactly what I needed had all parts and screws as it showed in pictures and in description. The only badside was the shipping. The box was pretty beat up when it was Sat on my doorstep by FedEx.

Order received in timely manner. However, box containing CF "throwout bearing" was crushed on one end & broken. The metal tube was at the broken end. It was "damaged". The tube was bent,where it was
Attached to the bearing. Not sure what to do. Need to return it & get another bearing packaged more securely. Can someone at AM please follow up & instruct me on how to get it replaced. Thanks.
