Fast shipping, hassle free ordering. I will say the product that I brought did have measurement issues but it was not AM fault. The measurement was off at the time of fabrication. With that being said, it was a pain in the 5hrs to get on! Flowmaster outlaw cat-back.

Bought these to replace the stock mufflers on my 05 GT. It has some long tube headers on it already so it definitely gave it a more throaty sound and weren't too hard to install. Very satisfied with my purchase!

So instead of getting grill for mustang in box was side running boards for a jeep- after 2.5 hours still cant get supervisor o address issue - now car apart - un-drivable and they cant get anyone on phone to fix the issue they caused- no repsone other than supervisor will call - now i have to pay for removeal and repalcemnt of bumper just to get car driving again with out a grill- this company is horrible

The delivery was very quick box showed up with slight damage but that's FedEx the parts remained unharmed and seated into my 2000 Ford mustang V6 very well my car has been sitting for 5 years and this company is doing a great job of helping me restore it.

So far this is a good product, using outdoors while living in my RV, see how it holds up, mostly under shade but bird crap I'm able just to brush that off our spray it off, keeping the Stang looking good

Installed the new motor and then used a medicine dropper to fill it with ATF oil type F.
Ran top up and down a few times then refilled more and everything works great. I would fill it with oil before installing motor.

After I ordered my item, I unfortunately clicked on a link to get me another $10. Off Which asked again for another payment. Andrew did a fantistic job to walk me through a resolution to the issue

From my orders randomly getting cancelled to not getting the shipping i paid for. Then getting the wrong orders. I don't know how they stay in business. Then they send me an extra item i didn't order and tell me i have to send it back. Now i have to make an extra trip to the post office because they mest up and i still haven't got everything i paid for yet. I asked several times to speak with a manager and they said its not possible because they are too busy. Its insane how they are still in business.

Haven't installed anything yet but the parts appear to be correct and came timely at a fair price. The options for levels of quality and performance were astonishing for such early models.

They told me the hood was in stock, which come to find out wasn't. Waited 5 months for it. Then when it arrived it wasn't complete. Waited for a replacement which i never recieved. Was told it was on its way which was a lie. Finally Been asking for a refund which i been getting the run around. Very unprofessional!

Easy getting the Roush axle back on, the stocks were a little different. Had to remove the bracket, whose bolts are a little difficult to get to, to remove muffler. They would not clear the pipe after removing bell clamp, could not slide forward to get out of the hangers. Put the brackets on the Roush first, then bolted back up. Roush fit great and sound great!

I ordered a Mantic clutch. Site said " That the clutch was in stock and would ship in 3 - 10 days". Come to find out they had to place the order to Mantic and wait on them to ship it. Looks like its now 2 weeks out. Had I of known that, I would of went with another company to place the order or just place the order with Mantic. If I get the part sooner than the 10 day mark and Ill change my rating.

I ordered a set of BBK headers for my 2004 Mustang V6. I received them in a timely manner, although it was longer than AmericanMuscle said it would be. I took the parts to my mechanic and received a call later from the shop stating that BBK/American Muscle had sent me two driver's side headers rather than a pair. I never thought to check for something like that; at roughly $450 for the pair, I shouldn't have to. I will say that AmericanMuscle did a great job of handling the issue and immediately shipped out a replacement. However, my car ended up sitting in the shop several days longer than expected. I'm not sure if this was an AmericanMuscle or BBK error, but the quality control should be better regardless.

Ordered 2 items and my paypal account was debited for the full amount of the purchase. Shortly after I completed the transaction, I was notified that one of the ordered items was not available and that portion of the order was canceled. Why advertise an item for sale if you cannot send it? Not sure where my money is on the cancelled portion of the order.

Everytime i try to order something, it says in stock. I put it in the cart and it says out of stock and could take weeks to receive it. This has happened countless amount of time. Then you contact them and they say it its stock but to call the sales team to make sure it is. Really? I need to do the work for them?! Thats piss! And getting a tune when you need it... yeah, forget that too. Weeks on that as well. Then you call them and they use the bullsh! T excuse, "im apologize but due to the "Plan-demic" its delayed." Thats piss too! And enough of Justin with his fake smile selling sh! T they don't have. Sick of it, this has happened way too many times. From now on, I'm ordered everything from CJ Pony Parts. Let these scumbags here from American Muscle go out of business!

I ordered black 5.0 emblem for my 2014 Mustang GT payed for the 2 day shipping and they took almost a week, you refunded that Part no problem. I get the Emblems and they don't match what is on the car, they are for 2015 and newer. That would not have been a big deal but the whole reason I spent $41,00 on them it to get the alignment tabs so make things easier. I already got a set that match the Emblem exact to what is on the car but they did not have alignment tabs. They were like $8.00. The ones I got from you had the tabs but they did not match the hole location on the vehicle, probably match the 2015 model. So I ended using the $9.00 one and eyeballing them and them look great. Just wasted a week using you. I just return the Emblems and hope the refund process goes smoothly

Purchase wqs easy and the payment wqs even quicker lol. Delivery took a few days and it came in perfect condition. Took it to the local shop and hot it installed a day later. This thing is strong and it drives like a champ.

Everything I purchased was as described; I am satisfied with the quality and fit of the items and the prompt shipping and delivery. (The only thing I might suggest is to pack purchased items together better so multiple--and OVERsized--boxes aren't necessary.)

I have not actually ordered from AM and I will state for good reason. I have spent almost $11K under the hood of my Challenger and in doing research AM is at times 30% more expensive than other vendors. With prices like that the employees must be living it up, or the CEO's have to pay for build after build.
