First of all ordering any kind of decals now days make me nervous but American Muscle packing is top notch! These Hash Marks are well made! Instructions for putting on were pretty straight forward to make process easy even if you've never done it. Love how it came out!
I do not recommend buying the third brake light from American muscle for the new edge cars. The fitment is sub par and trying to get a return label is like speaking to a wall. My emails don't get a reply and now I'm stuck with a break light sitting in a box in my trunk. I ordered a different replacement tail light from national parts depot, which has high reviews. I will probably never buy anything from America muscle again. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with returns from this company.
American Muscle have been a great experience. I've ordered from them before and they deliver. My recent experience, FedEx lost my rotors and pads but American Muscle quickly responded and notified FedEx about my order not being delivered. Had FedEx lost my order, American Muscle representative told me I would receive a replacement. However, FedEx was able to find my lost package and deliver 3 days after I notified AM. For sure, I'll be ordering again for future SCAT Pack needs.

Replaced a set of MMD hood struts that lost its gas after 10 years. I decided to move away from MMD in this area and chose the Ford Racing brand. They installed perfectly and looks fantastic.

I opened up the package and everything was wrapped up very very well, parts were apart from each other but the pinon ring has a hole in the top end that looks like someone took a hammer and a hole marker and just whammed it in, and like I said there is a hole in the pinon, worried things can enter

It’s my go to for parts
I received my item within less then a week from the order date. The item I ordered was in prestine condition and was properly packed in the box. NO COD charge as it was included within the price. The USD CAD amount was readjusted on my credit card.

Great products and good customer service. However, not very cheap compared to other competitors and usually don't give that good of discounts which usually leads me to shop elsewhere.
It doesn't take long to receive the merchandise, however, why doesn't UPS deliver the items? My item was transferred from UPS to USPS midway. It takes me longer to get the items because I have to make time to go pick up the item at the post office. Sometimes I'm in line for up to 2 hours. I am willing to pay UPS to deliver to my home, how can I go about ordering and have UPS deliver? I am willing to pay for shipping.
Because I ordered from another agency and the part didn’t fit. Ordering thu American Muscle, I have purchased 4 parts and have had no problems.
This is the 2nd order I have had to complain about with no real customer service. I will not be ordering again products are not good and they don't stand behind it.
Thought it would be good dissatisfied and disappointing.

I ordered a Roush cold air intake and a Roush cat-back exhaust system around 3pm on a Saturday. I arrived home after church and my order was sitting on our front porch. I could not believe my order arrived that quickly. I was very impressed with the order experience plus how quickly my order arrived.
I now have the 5th Mustang that I have owned. American Muscle has a great assortment of Mustang parts and I always enjoy receiving information about what they have available.
Ordered a SR Performance Cold Air intake for My 2018 Challenger SXT. The order process was smooth, the email updates on the order and shipping was excellent. Received the intake a day earlier than shipment eta. The intake was exactly as described, the installation Videos were good, and installation was easy.
Have viewed the website numerous times, looking at various products, and its model specific. Always comes up with products for my car including its color.
Was wanting an inexpensive option for my 3.6L engine. Based on your product reviews I was comfortable with this choice, and happy with the results
Recieved my front and rear isolators and rear seat delete fast and as advertised. Only slight issue was the eibach suspension kit was discontinued but not aware untill after my order was placed. The refund processed quick though. Thanks american muscle!

I waited 2 weeks for my order. Ordered a Brembo Boss set of 4 full brake sets.
But that is NOT what I received. Received a set of 2 Power Stop brake, pads, calipers.
And some little 1 piece caliper and odd brake parts. No cars are 3 wheeled cars!
Customer service will not resend order or refund order. Been on long hold
Then customer service will not help. Blamed their supplier. Customer service Josh left
Me on hold to fix order and still has not came back to phone. Next call to VISA.
Terrible customer service DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Order is placed

Having to buy Brembo Brakes from another dealer.
30mm spacers on my rear tires to my 23' 2.0L Turbo Camaro fit perfectly. My wheels are flush to the wheel well and look very good. I had to purchase longer wheel lugs for the longer studs on the spacer to insure security of the wheel and hub. Other than that 100% satisfied
Fastest delivery and quality parts. I didn’t have to wonder if I was getting solid quality parts.

As usual great services from ease of ordering to quick shipping to painless returns are f you made a mistake, basically they have the "easy button"
I order a set of wheels foose legends. Said in stock. But the receipt said backorder so I message support several times and they say there getting mounted and be there In 3 to 7 days. Never came 10 days later I contact support after getting lied to 3 times now they say there still out of stock. And won't be in till next month.
I can handle a wait but I won't tolerate liers. I got a full refund. That at least was painless.
